Let Buhari tell us where he got the money he had been spending on election since 1999 till date? Whether it's his pension.
Jonathan is in charge of the Economy, security and every institution of government and he too can not see any wrong in Gen. Buhari - yet a TANiod like you is here spewing a frivolous accusations to justify you blind support for corruption.

“Gen. Muhammadu Buhari was a true patriot, respected former head of state & elder statesman & a nationalist".

When we are talking of corruption in Nigeria I'm not expecting any body to free himself from if. When we are talking of corruption Buhari is one of the people that made this country experience this sad period. One of the most corrupted person in this country as at today is Major General Muhamadu Buhari. Buhari was ones Head of state and later Minister of petroleum resources and chairman of PTF. the body saddle to oversees the affairs the National petroleum resources. Since Buhari left the office none of our refineries are working. Let Buhari come out and give account of PTF and what happen to our refineries. Voting Buhari is second COLONIALISM. God for bide,Not this country Buhari will rule again
Old old are you? Do you know how many of Nigeria's refineries where either completed or commenced by Buhari? Then ask yourself how many PDP has completed since 1999.

It is on record that Buhari has no single oil well in his name or to any imaginable interest. But he has been a Head of State, PTDF chairman and more.

You and your corrupt politicians are afraid and amazed at the reality of the personality of Buhari.

Thank God you know Tinubu ought to be in jail as i type this post.
Babangida,Obasanjo,Abdusalami Abubakar, also have to be in jail by
now for corruption charges and you are also advising Jonathan to arrest
them right?
And you believe Buhari can order the arrest and prosection of these trio if
he were elected as the President of this country?(God forbid though that Buhari
Should govern this country)

Let us quit behaving as kids bro.Adams Oshiomhole would have been the best governor
Edo state "never" had if he didn't contest election,Judging from his sterling performance as
Nigeria labour leader. But today Oshiomhole's second tenure so far is disappointing.

Buhari cannot govern Nigeria again. He is a fulani leader.

Just the same way it is a miracle that Bola Tinubu isn't in jail now after he stole and still stealing
Lagos state blind.I guess Tinubu is also a saint bro.
If you believe someone ought to be in jail and it is not, it is an indictment on Jonathan. And that is what we all are saying - Jonathan is the most corrupt President that ever walked the surface of this nation.

Am glad you also see it that way.
Politics › Re: Corruption Is Afraid Of Buhari by egift(op): 5:03pm On Oct 07, 2014
Jonathan is practicing a Corruption Spree Of Mass Action. Here the reference principles:
- Whatever you can steal, keep it. No problem.
- If you already have a case in court, it will be thrown out. Case file shredded.
- If you have already serve a jail time. You get a pardon. In order to scrub off any trace of your evil.
- If you are interested in any office, but has a case file on your head, you will get Federal support, DSS. Suddenly you are untouchable.

And if you are a gang member and decides to point out the evil going on, before you will finish spelling Sanusi - You will be sacked, your replacement installed, your future successor sent to Senate and confirmed - all in a flash. Then Federal power will be activated to intimidate you in every corner.

Welcome To Jonathan Reign of Corruption.

Then wait until Jonathan steps down in 2019 and try him for corruption charges if there is any.

It is an indictment on Buhari if he accepts that Abacha stole money because he served under him.

Donphilopus and egift,i have the same question for the both of you.

Did sani Abacha loot our treasury or not?
i am waiting for your answer.
Yes, Abacha stole. Am aware you are referring to what Buhari said on Feb 18, 2011.

Here are Buhari's exact words:
Buhari, in his own comments yesterday, described the allegations of looting against Abacha as “baseless”, because according to him, “ten years after Abacha, those allegations remain unproven because of lack of facts”.
At the time the statement was made (2011), the government had not been able to establish any clear case against Abacha. Recently we were told some money was returned.

Corruption is rampant today and must be brought to halt. We can't afford 4 more years of Jetty money laundry and the present Corruption of Mass Action.

Never in the history of Nigeria has one single man panicked a crowd of Corrupt Individuals like the way the name of Gen. Buhari does. Rebadu came close when he was chairman of EFCC.

Even as Nigeria heads to another Presidential Election, there are candidates you will mention, the PDP will just be snoring in their sleep. But immediately you mention Buhari - fear, panic and cold will run through the spins of every corrupt Nigerian Politician and their foot-soldiers.

Because of the enormity of this fear of the possibility of coughing out all the loots they have embezzled, so many lies and insults have been thrown against his name. But we all know the truth. Buhari and other well meaning Nigerians who have proven integrity, will forever be respected and regarded in Nigeria.

Business › Re: Audit Report Of Missing NNPC $10.8b Ready Soon, Says Okonjo-iweala by egift(m): 11:55am On Oct 07, 2014
For those who are sincerely confused about the figures, let me explain

- $49 billion is the total amount in 3 years that should have been remitted by the NNPC after selling crude.
- After denial, the NNPC said that if you deduct the amount they spent in expenses, running cost, input to the budget, payments of subsidies, transportation of crude to export, some money it remitted and other expenses, that it is $10.8 billion
that is not accounted for.
- Sanusi during the effort to reconcile the account books, stated that President Yar'Adua in 3 occasions directly that subsidy for Kerozine be stop. So if you all the illegal Kerosene subsidies NNPC paid to their friends, it will total $20 billion that was not remitted.

It is important to note that there is no law authorizing NNPC to spend the money the made on sales of Petroleum Products. They ought to remit it to the Federation Account.

So why was it not remitted? Because it allows the President the monopoly to spend the money. But once it gets to Federation Account, a vote and consent of the National Executive Council will be needed before money can be withdrawn and spent.
