Ellidude: I'm beginning to doubt the sanity of most Nairalanders. It's a picture for christ sake.

Mr. President isn't a god he's a man. I see no reason why he can't spend sometime reading. I admit we've got crisis all over nigeria but don't you guys think arguing over a mere picture describes silliness.

Politics doesn't have to be brought into this. When would nigerians start thinking right?

Too sentimental!
Who published this embarrassment. Am beginning to think his handlers need mental evaluation. Even if he want to pull this type of stunt, their many ways not to embarrass the president in this manner.

It would have been better for him to read Chiamanda's easy that wear a full custom at home reading "Jumobi Goes School" grin

SeaGold: The salaries of the PDP lawmakers in the state are not being paid, their constituency allowances seized and other constituency project fund halted by the executive. Doesn't that warrant impeachment ?
No. What requires is stating and resolving "Why" it has not been paid. Or do you think we should impeach Jonathan because Innocent Nigerians are killed under his watch? For me it is No. What we need is to get our leaders to use the apparatus of Government to stop the killings.

So what is Presidential in reading Primary School story book? Mind you Jonathan is a PhD holder. That is why he is running a Kindergarten Circus with No cognitive dispositions befitting his current portfolio.

Tomorrow it will be "Simbi", "Agbo" or one of those.

When the people protested the corruptions of the Roman Empire, Rome organized fights and built the Arena to keep the people engaged and distracted.

Jonathan and the members of his Coven put together the Conference to keep Nigerians engaged and distracted, so that they can have the opportunity to steal 2015.

AlfaSeltzer: Ewu, you have never been Igbo. But I guess shame would not let you acknowledge your tribe. So claim Igbo all you want if it makes you feel saner.
I do not owe you any obligation to prove myself. What your doing now if what folks do once they run out of all cognitive composure. We see it here daily. Stop beating about the bush.

Tell us for what benefits should the whole of Aligbo embark in war to pullout from Nigeria at a time of relative peace to form a landlocked country. I hope you do not deceive yourself that there will not be a very big war if anyone tries to leave (because that will be alarming).

And let me add, it you do not have any use thing to say, just ignore my post and look for someone you can cajole.

@AlfaSeltzer: If you want to die they millions of ways to get it - just don't don't drag millions of Ndigbo to your grave. If you don't know how to "break you on life/egg" ask, we will make a list for you. Your Rusty Chest Beating has no benefit for Aligbo (just unnecessary circle of troubles).

lygn19: LoL...did Niger delta tell u they want b4, did they tell u that in Niger delta republic they can't have all u just listed?... I don't want to involve in another war dz night, but I think u shud try and get some sense.
So what use is a Land locked Biafra with not significant resources or land mass to house it citizens? We will now have to get visa before going to Asaba, Benue or even Port Harcourt? What is the economic impact on Ndibo?

When you answer the above you will get my point - Ndigbo have no business going to war for Biafra when we can have a better opportunities and leverage in Nigeria as it is today. What we need is to identify the current challenges and help in making it work better.

We know you are not afraid of any hostility. After beating your Rusty Chest once trouble start you will be in one hut hiding under the bed, while many Igbo men and women are slaughtered for things they know nothing about.

As a fellow Igboman, a pity you for lacking understanding at the enormity of a Nigeria in a full scale war in the 21st century. May God deliver you.

IGBOSON1: ^^^It's very presumptuous of you to think the extent of Igboland is solely within the confines of the South East! This is exactly what the bastards that balkanised Alaigbo in the late 60s want ignorant folks like you to think! They placed a huge chunk Igboland in Rivers state to try and deny us access to the sea, and also deny us the benefit of our natural resources; and together with Awos £20 policy; the abandoned property policy; Awos indigenization policy; and the side-lining of Igbos in federal appointments and the distribution of the nations wealth, they sat back and watched to see how their evil plans would hopefully finish the Igbos off as a people! Or you wanna talk of the fabled 3Rs after the civil war?.......Governor Akpabio can fill you in better on that one!

Also, you do know Igboland extends into Delta and Benue states don't you? Aren't Delta and Rivers states in the South South (SS).......or do you have another SS in mind?

You talk of 'Nigeria' fighting Biafra and reckon that you have better and more sophisticated weaponry than in the 60s! Do you think the same dynamics as obtained during that time (both nationally and worldwide, as per the support you hope to get)......you reckon those same dynamics exist today? Keep on fooling yourself!

The fact of the matter is that once Igbos manage to leave this fake nation, Nigeria would never be the same again b'cos there are certain ethnicities that would use that window of opportunity to finally free themselves from the wicked, lazy, fundamentalist, fanatical, bloodthirsty, quota-loving, education-hating neighbours that have held them back since 1914!

I for one am fed up with this country!
Thanks for responding. But I did have liked you to address the questions individually (that is why I numbered them). To achieve Biafra, my question is on at what cost, deaths, for how much of land (definitely you cannot think of waging war on Niger Delta is they don't want to join again). So what will you offered them - Is it the Presidency, Capital, station all weapons there?Leaving the rest of Aligbo vulnerable. What will you offer them they can't have in Nigeria? It is naive to think that Niger Delta will join Biafra without tangible offer on the table. What will it be?

Relationships in the world of today has gone mad. Guys will not marry, but still busy milking the udara. Calling her my Girl. Doing Micro-marriage. If you love her go and marry her and stop monitoring someone you have not married. Soon you will find one yeye reason and dump her for some unfortunate guy to carry (after you have salvaged all the juice).

And for ladies, do something useful with your life. So of our ladies can comfortably maintain intimate relationships with 3 guys without any of them knowing of the other guys.

And if people see two friends who love each other without being intimate, they will start abusing then and consider them not wise.

Chai. Relationships has gone mad. No! The world has gone. (Hope you do not consider me mad too grin)

The SS are even more positioned to become a country before my dear SE. So Ndigbo will start playing second to ijaws? God forbid. Even Dokubo will be President before many Igbo leaders cheesy cheesy cheesy

Politics › Re: How Will New Nigeria Survive If Biafra Eventually Secceed?- Sealeddeal by egift(m): 8:54pm On Jul 19, 2014
OP it depends on what you mean by Biafra in Nigeria today. Do consider the following to help you find something better to regurgitate on:
1. Who will make up Biafra? Is it SE and SS or SE alone?
2. Will it be headed by who? Anambra alone will offer more than 500 candidates who are interested and can afford the buy it if you put up for sale. How about Imo, Enugu, Abia, Ebonyi and remember you are interested in the SS.
3. Where will be the capital? (That is a war of its own. It can only be settled when few people butcher and share the gains).
4. If SE alone, then your dream will be a landlocked. If you need the SS to be part of it, then Aligbo will sell their arms and legs, it will not be enough to pay them just to join.
5. SS will be bringing the Atlantic Ocean, Seaports, Crude Oil, Refineries, Gateway - Remind me again what SE will be bringing to the table?
6. SS is already in the corridor of Power in Nigeria (even if APC win, the people of Niger Delta will still be very well rewarded), so tell us what SE is to offer the SS that they cannot get in Nigeria?
7. What is your plan for all the Millions of Ndigbo living outside Igboland, whose lives you engender and who have no significant presence at home? (Will you give them something better than what they have where they are?)
8. In the last 30 months civil war millions of Ndigbo died. Now that we have better weapons, how many will you kill to get your Biafra? 3million, 5million, 10million or you are will to go for 20 if that is what it takes? Will you stand in the front and get killed just to spare one other person's life? Or will you be on Nairaland crying blue murder?
9. Who should be blamed for all the deaths your quest will cause? Is it those urging them, give them guns or it those that will eventually killed them when they rush out to their deaths? Who will you blame?
10. Finally, tell one very important reason that will justify your Biafra after all the year of killings that your yet to start?

Conclusion, if you do not like the current state of things in Nigeria, direct your anger to the current leadership that has failed to live up to expectations. Stop staring hating, beating your rusty chest all over the place and insulting those that muster the courage to ask had questions.
