Please someone should correct me, is it the job of NNPC to construct federal or state roads? Have they finished with the petroleum business or is there somewhere in the act that established NNPC where it states out that part of its function is to construct or rehabilitate roads?

I agree. But where IPOB should start from if they are any smart is to question the process of extraditing him into Nigeria in the court and also in the Kenya legal system. That will give bite to the agitation not just UNCHR's opinion

I believe his legal team knows what they are doing, this UN query I believe will also be served to the Kenyan government, both governments will find it difficult to provide legal documents to backup how kanu was brought to Nigeria from Kenya, except Kenya will at some point claim Kanu disappeared from their country without their knowledge.

This will put the spotlight on Nigeria, as it has always claimed Kanu was brought home with corporation of Kenya and interpol.

Am not sure if interpol can confirm this. The fact is that there were several illegalities sorrouding how kanu was brought to Nigeria in the first place , even the UK might not escape some blame.

Let's wait and see how this case develops, many angles will surely spring up.

Having said this, I do not support some of Kanu's method, and Buhari too have not helped matters.

Nonsense, Nigeria judicial process has nothing to do with explaining how Kanu was picked up in Kenya and brought to Nigeria. If that process was legal there should be documents to back it up from both Nigerian and Kenyan Governments.

I sincerely don't trust IPOBs. Initial report has it stated clearly how Nnamdi Kanu hijacked the EndSARS protest in the South West using IPOBs to cause unrest. Don't be surprised if any crime committed in the South West is from those terrorists.
