Hi Nairalanders, we were informed by First Bank PLC that they will be doing an upgrade and thus be operating on a skeletal basis but that all electronic transaction outlets such as ATM, mobile funding, etc will be working, at least that is what they claimed in the message sent to costumers of the bank. However to my utmost dismay I and other customers I have met cannot withdraw via ATM outlets at other banks since Friday 7th June I have not tried a First Bank branch yet. I want to know if this is gross irresponsibility on their part or if there are customers who have been able to withdraw funds using their First Bank cards. Please mod if this is not duplicating some other topic please put on front page. Thanks.
