mydear, i know you are part of those people that are resistant to change. well the reengineering going on in unity bank today proves it. every body is entitled to his/her opinon but i still sugest you go and make some research about the bank. presently alot of things have changed, the corporate image has improved drastically. ofcourse you knw its not easy for 9 banks to merge successfully, it has never happened before in the whole world. trust me, any information i post is true and authentic and i expect job seeker to take advantage of it now because in the next 3 months its going to be very difficult for job seekers like us to join the bank. as i speak with you i am fast process my application with them and i believe it will work in jesus name amen. in the spirit of oneness, i don't mind helping a few people submit and process their application through the insider that is helping me but you must have at least a 2.2 in any discipline, not more than 28 year.infact if you are from the east , you have an advantage because the Enugu zone which covers anambra, enugu, eboyi, Imo, abia will kick off ending of this month.

Unity bank finally called me for an interview God is really at work am so happy I was finally called and I believe all landers dat passed the test will be called, while going for the interview remember some basic things in your field, see u at the training school cheers & all the best

pls this is very disheartening that one wil pass a test and was never invited for the interview, well as for u guys that were invited I wish u the best, but wen you get there try to contribute ur own qouta to see that there is fair play in all issues concerning human resources, as a candidate I scored 62 wen the so called cut off is 50 tell me why I shld not be invited,I believe lots of lander will have this kind of story to tell,perharps that is why unity bank is not growing, I didnt believe wat pple used to say that there is tribal discrimination in that bank, but I hav come to believe so wit wat is going on as northerners are bein considered than others, in another way could it be that gatecrashers were not called for the interview because I gatecrashed and stilled passed the test, in all I wish u all the best my prayer is that God will place each and everyone of us may be unity bank is too small for me and most others that were not invited and God didnt allow us to be there thanks all.

pls respond if u are asked this question in a bank interview wat how would u respond, u hav been marketing for an FCMG or a pharmaceutical and u are told by the panel that they want to place u in marketing but ur experience has it that ur products are items that u can feel or touch whereas banking products are not visible or cannot not be touched wat strategies would u adopt to market the banking products unlike the pharmaceutical products
