Thanks. I should resume upper week. The job is in ph, so I've been busy preparing. I prefer not to say my psl on the forum.

Yeah, It's a massive recruitment. The TCP position was just to advertise online because of SAP and the printed advert (Guardian newspaper) was for entry level engineer. From the chat I had with an assessor, they need people that's why they are still interviewing more people. We should start training next month while u guys should start in august as I was told.

I did mine 3 weeks ago and I've heard from them.

Its the Psl managers (ur assessors) that will determine which psl you will be in.

It's good news for lagos applicants that did their interviews between 7-9th of May. Some got their offer letters while some did their medicals.

I will just give you guys an overview of what to expect.

It's an all-day event, 8 - 6 (or depending on when you finish). It consists of 3 activities; Presentation, Team-building and Panel interview.
I will advise you to make google your best friend. Read articles on presentation and working in a team.

Presentation.
From the attached document you received, they must have included the content of your presentation. Make sure you prepare your powerpoint professionally and error free. You are to present for 5 minutes, try and practice for 4 minutes in case you want to chip in some points on d D-day.

They will ask you questions after the presentation. The question will be from what you presented, that is, your slides and the basics of your course.

basics of your course:
For a chemical engineer, you should know your laws of thermo, definition of heat, work, energy, (system, surrounding)
, reaction engineering, chemical reaction, fluid mechanics, reynolds no., units (Joules, watt) dimensionless (mach no., Re. no), unit operations etc. Na wetin I fit remember be that. Learn the basics.
Also know the graph of sinx and cosx.


Team building
The purpose of TB is to see how you will perform in a group. It doesn't necessarily mean winning the task but your participation, leadership, delegation, creativity and some other criteria will be assessed.

Interview
My interview questions were on my CV, Y halliB, Y I chose Chemical eng'g, I rated myself on PDMS and caesar II software. We gisted all through for about 20 mins about my family, classmates (especially guys) in school, countries I've been to, the department I want to work (they call it PSL - product and service line) e.t.c
I also asked them a question.

Don't let the suspense kill you. I've not gotten any mail/info from Nestle, one can only hope for the best.

For the aptitude test, workforce will handle it as well. They were the one that also handled the previous Heritage Bank test.
I will write what I believe should be expected later.

@AB Engine, I did mine yesterday (thursday), it was a wonderful experience though tiring 'cuz it was an all-day event 8-6. Let me know when Mr Boni. Confirms your interview, I will give you some useful tips. This recruitment is for trainee engineer not just TCP as advertised online.

I'm scheduled for saturday, 10am and I also have another test on saturday by 8.30am at V.I. I'm thinking of rescheduling to 2pm because I might not finish the 8.30am test till 10am. Also, considering the distance from the island to gbagada.

I couldn't connect with the person.

Linkedin.com said I had to upgrade my account and I don't have any mutual friend with the person.
