Infertility, like any health challenges, is simply a sign that something is not right inside the body. Fertility is a natural process in the body, but one that the body can turn off if it doesn’t feel it can safely sustain a pregnancy. There are so many factors that can cause or contribute to infertility, but the good news is that dietary and lifestyle changes can help in improving fertility. While diet and lifestyle change often reverse infertility, some women notice better or faster results with the aid of natural supplement. http://trevodistributor.com.ng/trevo-drink-and-fertility/ |
What are your priorities? What do you want to do? Is financial freedom important to you? Financial freedom is doing the things you want to do when you want to do them. When you have financial freedom, you are not worrying about money because you have money coming in from various sources and you are paying things off. If you want to make more money, you also need to save money and build a residual income stream. I'm a firm believer in building residual income in order to build true wealth. All of these ideas are great, but it’s a choice that’s up to you. Let’s take a look at how you can get started. Have A Plan Assess your current financial situation. How much money do you need to make a month? What debts do you have? You need to get organized in order to get away from borrowing money. Borrowing money isn't necessarily a bad thing. It’s borrowing it without a solid plan that’s bad. Most people spend on things that don't really bring them what they want. We are not prioritizing. In our society, we say "I want, I want, I want" and we go out and get it, but it doesn't make us happy. Before you can go after anything, it’s critical to put a plan together. You need to be clear about what it is that you really want. Remember that your money is like your army of soldiers. You send them out to win for you and bring things back. Are you sending out your soldiers for the right reasons? Understand your priorities and then begin executing your plan. Invest in Yourself It's critical that you spend less money than you make. You have to find other ways to earn more money. In the corporate world you can trade dollars for hours, and there's nothing wrong with that. I suggest that you also put on your entrepreneur hat and investigate ways to build residual streams of income and invest in that. The way to reach financial freedom is to invest in business models that are going to generate revenue so that you can walk away and still have money coming in. Investing in real estate follows this idea. Although the current market is not that great, there are some good buys out there if you put the time in to find them. There are a million ways to make a million dollars and a million ways to get financial freedom. But the key is to do it your way. You have to come up with and then execute your game plan. I don't know your particular situation, and debt is normally not a good thing. But, there's a caveat there. It can work for you if you know how to manipulate it and work with it. Do What You Love You can build a business on the side of your current job to create more income. I call this intelligent life design. You can take whatever you are passionate about and turn it into a business. True financial freedom to me is doing what you love and the money is coming in. It's a double benefit. You will never retire because you are doing what makes you happy. I’ve taken “retire” out of my vocabulary because as long as I'm alive I'm going to be doing this. Every single day I am investing in me. Start thinking about your financial situation, the tools you use, and ways that you can be financially free. Decide what's important to you. What do you want to have? What are you going to go after? And take action. For those who would really like to change their financial life, send a blank mail to davoblog@yahoo.com to get the video on how to make $10,000 in 90 days, living a life of possibilities. Usually people associate memory loss with aging. But whether it’s occasional forgetfulness or loss of short-term memory, one must be aware that there are specific factors that can cause it even at a young age instead of simply attributing memory loss to a natural decline in cognitive functioning. These causes include alcohol, drug or tobacco abuse, certain medications, sleeplessness, stress and depression, nutritional deficiency, head injury etc. some natural herbs have served as timeless aids in the prevention or treatment of memory loss. Three notable herbs worthy of mention are: Gotu Kola, Bacopa and Ginseng. Gotu Kola Gotu kola is an amazing herb that promises great results in enhancing the memory and improving brain functions. Generally, this powerful herb helps in improving one’s mental function. In traditional Chinese and ayurvedic medicine, gotu kola is used in rejuvenating the mind and the body and is considered an “anti-aging” herb. Bacopa In ayurvedic medicine, bacopa has been used since old times to enhance learning, concentration and memory. If you are in search for the best memory-enhancing herbs available today, then bacopa should be on your list. Numerous studies have been conducted to test the effectiveness of bacopa in improving one’s memory and mental function. Most of the results revealed that, indeed, bacopa has the ability to promote mental health and better memory. Ginseng Lab trials have demonstrated how ginseng appears effective for memory impairment. Among mice given dosages of ginseng extracts, remarkable improvements in water maze tasks were exhibited and ginseng was shown to activate neurotransmitter activities that promote memory enhancement. Most of these herbs and many more are available in some formulation which have been found to be very effective for memory loss, dementia and many other conditions. to learn more reach Einstein on kfd4me@yahoo.com or skype: smartkidx |
In a trying economy with fuel prices up, saving money on fuel is on everyone’s priority list. By making a few small changes in your routine and keeping an eye toward conservation, you can save thousands of naira in a year on fuel costs and consumption. 1. Always plan your trip. Combine your auto trips whenever possible. If the dry cleaners is next to the post office is next to the bank, that’s one trip, not three. A little planning can save you a lot of money. 2. Buy gasoline during coolest time of day - early morning or late evening is best. so you can get more fuel for your money. During these times petrol is densest. Keep in mind - petrol pumps measure volumes of gasoline, not densities of fuel concentration. You are charged according to "volume of measurement". 3. Get your foot off the pedal. While vehicles vary at which rate of speed they reach optimal fuel efficiency, the general consensus is that you see a marked decrease in efficiency over 60 mph. By some estimates, every five miles over the speed equals to a loss of fuel efficiency comparable to 40 naira per gallon. If your tank holds 15 gallons and you can save 40 naira per gallon and you visit the petrol station twice in a week, that’s approximately 64,000 naira in a year. 4. Don’t brake and accelerate like a racecar driver. Those aggressive stops and starts are horrible on your mileage and your engine. Use cruise control on the highway to maintain a constant rate of speed. 5. Take the junk out of your car or truck. The less your vehicle weighs the better the fuel efficiency, so if you still have a fifty pound bag of sand in your car’s trunk from your last projrct, get it out. 6. Maintain your automobile. Inflate and regularly check tire pressure. Improperly inflated tires force your car to work harder and burn more fuel. 8. Try fuel additives. Though some of the fuel additives on the market are little more than worthless scams, there are a few fuel additives out there that do a genuinely good job of making sure your engine uses fuel in the most efficient manner possible. 9.Invest in a GPS. Particularly if you frequently travel in unfamiliar territory, a GPS that gets you directly to your destination without getting you lost can save you hundreds of dollars in fuel costs |

I have not been able to get past questions with comprehensive answers, do you think this tool has comprehensive questions and answers for most of the subjects for JambUTME? |
To finally knock-out this year's JAMB / UTME, use this easy and creative tool I discovered that can help you. visit http://jambito.com/examsuccess.htm for more information. This could be your saving grace. Good luck |
Many Jamb candidates believe in "runs" and this has made it impossible for them to put in enough effort in preparation for the "almighty jamb exam" |
Leave that logistics to Jamb to solve, but you need to solve the one that is starring at you NOW - Passing the almighty UTME exams come the exam date. I have this tool I stumbled upon that might help you in preparing for the exams and possibly wipe UTME silly. The easy tool is available at http://www.jambito.com/examsuccess.htm |
Many students think that UTME/Jamb exam is hard, the truth is that it is as hard as you make it or see it, for many who know the secret it is not hard at all. But you need to know these points, before going into the exam hall: First: Study hard and be prepared for the questions Two: Know the technique to answer UTME/JAMB examination questions. For example, in the sciences such as Chemistry and Physics, the first few pages are filled with calculations whereas the last pages are straight answer questions. If you are not aware, you will start from the begining wasting time on calculation you can solve ordinarily. But if you answer the straightforward questions first, you would have settled down and gained some time before attempting the calculation part. If biology is part of your subjects, run through it before going to chemistry and Physics. You will sure get more than half the time saved for chemistry and Physics. In Maths you are graded based on the number of questions you answered correctly. If you can answer 30 questions out of 50 for instance and get them all correctly, you will get a high mark, instead of attempting all questions through guess work. JAMB/UTME ENGLISH - Read your questions first before answering. Three: Learn to practise with past questions as the examiners, no matter how creative or crafty, would still come out with similar questions to the past questions. You can use this easy tool to knock-out 2010 UTME, get it at http://jambito.com/examsuccess.htm Finally forget about runs because most of the runs men do not know anything. There are so many of them who cannot speak good English and still they profess to organise runs for people in JAMB and WAEC. How do you expect the students to pass through such runs? Following the above steps is the easiest way to find yourself on campus come next academic session. Hope to see you at the top! |
