Tecno has launched the Camon i, its latest smartphone with the 18:9 aspect ratio NEXT

Tecno Camon i aims to take on the likes of Micromax Canvas Infinity and Honor 9 Lite.

Tecno has launched the Camon i, its latest smartphone with the 18:9 aspect ratio display. Priced at Rs 8,990(50k) Camon i will be made available across 30,000 retail outlets in the first week of February. Tecno is offering 100 days replacement warranty, 1-time screen replacement and 1-month extended warranty over and above the 12 months’ warranty period. Tecno Camon i will be available in Champagne Gold, Midnight Black, and City Blue colour options.
The dual-SIM smartphone sports a 5.65-inch HD+ (720 x 1440) and aspect ratio of 18:9. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. A microSD card slot is also available for memory expansion ( up to 128GB). The device is backed by a 3050mAh battery and runs on HiOS 3.2, which is based on Android 7.1 Nougat. The smartphone also features a 13MP camera on the back and front. The primary camera is backed by quad-LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and a 5P lens. The Camon i also features a fingerprint scanner for added security. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, USB 2.0 port, and OTG support.
“Camon i will play a vital role in bolstering TECNO’s India growth story. With Camon series in our portfolio, we are certain that TECNO will soon make it to the Top 5 smartphone brands in India market,” said Lin Qin, Vice president, Transsion Holding.

Good morning. I'm currently working with a bank as a marketer (3months old)but I feel I'm not learning anything aside opening accounts everyday. I had to contact the Estate firm I did my IT with (I studied Estate management) but I'll have to leave Lagos and work at either Owerri or Enugu for a slightly lesser pay (10k difference) but I'll head the branch at either location cos I have experience. Please, I want to know if I'm making the right decision and which state has better prospect in terms of cost of living and which state a business could thrive more incase I wanna set up a business. Thanks

PS: I don't know anybody in Enugu but I have relatives in owerri.

My friend is in a dilenma. I would appreciate your frank advise. My friend is about 33 years of age, he holds a HND in Civil Engineering. After service, he decided to open a barbing saloon due to lack of job. Fortunately, March this year, he was able to secure a contract job to work in one of the nation's commercial bank through an outsourcing firm. The pay is about sixty thousand naira. He is complaining bitterly that the job has no growth prospect coupled with the strenous nature of the job. He has handed his barbing saloon to a guy who balances him weekly.

Luckily, he has be selected as a beneficiary of the N Build component of N Power. They may likely be resuming at their training centres by January next year. They would undergo training for three months, then they would be attached to firms for nine months for appretenceship. The stipend is ten thousand naira monthly for the one year, they would be given certificates and lots of work tools to enable them commence work after the programme. His job preference is electrical.

He is really tired of the bank job. He wants to practice his Engineering career. His dream is to become project supervisor someday.

Should he leave the banking job and go for the N power stuff? He is really confused. Candid advise would be appreciated. Please help. Apology for the long story. Thanks.

Your friend isn't alone. I also work with the bank but I have an offer to practice what I studied as an Estate surveyor with tge same pay as the bank but its outside Lagos( Enugu). I don't even know if I should take it cos I don't know anybody there.
