Mynd44: It is because of this "affordability" that they keep giving you useless phone and you lap it up.
Save up, to get a device you can use for 2 years not one you buy today and start counting down when to visit carlcare.
Someone said the first thing someone who uses Infinix or Tecno does when they move to a new city is to find out where the closest carlcare outlet is
maybe you had problems with your Tecno device you've used but it doesn't mean all are the same. I've been using this Camon CX for a while now and I've not had problems
The previous year, we have seen popular gadgets exploded. In 2016, Samsung had stopped the production of Galaxy Note 7 and recalled the existing devices because the units are found exploding after few days/months of usage. Recently, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 has been reported to have exploded in a shop in Bengaluru, India. The entire incidence has been captured by the CCTV camera used inside the shop which has led the owner of the smartphone to file a case against the manufacturer at the nearest police station in Bengaluru.
Not only Note 7, even hoverboards, iPhones and many other devices are also found exploding because of the faulty lithium-ion batteries that are used as a power source. So, we have learned that a smartphone can be your most successful companion or your worst nightmare.
The reports from some trustable sources claim that the owner of Redmi Note 4 took the phone to the service center for inserting a new SIM card and it was not connected to a charge . As soon as, the shopkeeper ejects the SIM slot to insert the SIM card, the phone bursts into flames.
The reports also mentioned that nobody was injured inside the store. But, the CCTV footage shows that the phone continues to burn till the phone owener put the fire out. The entire incidence took place on July 17, 2017.
The owner of the smartphone has filed a case against the manufacturer at the nearest police station in Bengaluru. According to the reports from Indiatimes, Xiaomi recalled the device to investigate and sad that this all happened because of using a faulty charger. The company had also claimed that they found signs of physical damage.
However, Xioaomi had still replaced the damaged phone with a brand new Redmi Note 4 within two days.

Patrick33: Depends....if its a phone using MTK processors...say the whole day without much of gaming..and lots of browsing...MTK are known to be poor with battery performance..like tecno and the rest.....but if its snapdragon processor ...A phone of 3500 mah can go head to head with MTKphone using 5000mah
wetin this one de talk? Tecno L9 plus lasts like crazy on heavy usage and it runs on MTK
blackweaver: So what you're saying is that a Samsung/LG phone with MTK cpu will have crappy battery life? You might want to read reviews about the Samsung galaxy J7 max or even the J2 prime. Both of them are samsungs with MTK SoCs
didn't know these Samsung products runs in MTK CPU.
Cutezt: https://m.apkpure.com is one of the best alternatives to Google play store, has thousands of apps and you can even request for an app if it's not available and in some days, you will get it

Abdstrakt: The UI too looks genuine. I still insist, if what he's experiencing with his phone is true I believe it's an isolated case and doesn't reflect the true quarter of L9plus.
Abdstrakt: Seriously it's very hard to tell. Based off the pictures it looks like an original. His could be an isolated case, cos I definitely haven't even any of the problems.
every clone always look like the original but he should power on the phone so that we can see how the UI is.
RSVP: Well, I have used the techno L9plus and can still testify that battery performance is very good. don't know If it can last up to 48hours on HEAVY usage as they claimed but if I were to rate the battery spam I did give it 90% out of 100. So you need to tell us if you ever charged ur phone before you started using it.
Yeah, I agreed with ur N0 4 claim as I have noticed the same too.
Most app won't function properly until the phone is rooted so you have to work on that if d one u got isn't a cloned phone though.
Abdstrakt: I have actually used the L9plus, and it's hands down the most impressive I've used in the Battery department. Haven't experienced any of the problems u listed tho. Yours could be a one off case or Maybe you're overly critical. Use it over time and maybe your views would have changed by then
if you're using the same phone he's complaining about then it means he's not using the original one na abi?
