Dogalmighty17:I think this will lead to a revolution and the birth of the New Nigeria. PBAT has to take the bulls by the horn. The people holding this nation to a ransom aren't bigger than the nation. They are few. We can overcome them, but sacrifices will be made |
It looks like we finally have a president that wants to actually govern, but he employed stupid and very slow people who are selfish and are just looking out for themselves, including some of his family members. You can see intelligent moves but he already shot himself in the foot. How will the IG flaunt the orders of the president to withdraw police escorts? Must he say it a second time? Look at the terrible nature of power even at this festive season and the Minister of power still has a job... So pathetic. PBAT needs to be decisive in removing some very selfish and foolish people on his team |
I yinkus6750:Have you forgotten the office of the first daughter and Iyaloja General? ![]() |
But the flag behind was still PDP... you for change am after the announcement |
If this project should take 8 years, it means by the end of the first tenure, 50% of the job should be done. So it should have covered at least 4 States. If Lagos and Calabar is done, then 2 more states to go in this coming year. That will be a monumental achievement from BAT. |
slivertongue:The CDS just resumed na... I agree with Egbetokun but maybe not the NSA |
It is imperative that we have the forest guard, State Police and the national guard. We need to remove the military from this situation and let them focus on defending our sovereignty outside Nigeria. We need a dedicated military that can be deployed and each state should have about 2000 to 10,000 men as National guard. The state governor should have control over a sizeable number of those guards he can deploy if need be. So they don't need to receive command from Abuja again. Under the constitution, he can deploy the state national guard if he believes there is need for it. Only the president can override him in that stead. |
I love this man... He will be a great minister. |
My excitement knows no bounds. Great appointment if true. Gen Musa was good. All this nonsense wasn't under his watch. |
If Obi must agree to run as VP, there must be a clear pact as well as strategy to win. Just like George W Bush and Dick Cheney had an arrangement when he was VP to Bush, Obi and Atiku must have a clear arrangement and agreement. Also, there has to be a clear strategy to mobilize and win. Not the rubbish that happened with LP last time. Agents must be ready |
Putindbutt:Oga, didn't you read all the times it has happened before, or are you just opening your mouth for opening sake? Someone just gave you a history lesson of where this has precedence and you just completely ignore it to continue your conspiracy theory? Oga pls calm down abeg. |
Igbayi Laro... Since Morning. State Police is paramount. Great move coming very very late, though better late than never |
God Bless you Saka... GUNNERS FOR LIFE! Not like one "Bad-Enoch". I have never seen a bad Enoch. This is my first time 😅 |
Adexvivacity:Tinubu is too concerned about winning reelection that he's scared to go guns blazing against these northern bandits and terrorists |
helinues:As in ehn... Just keep quiet. If I were her brother, I would just tell her to shut up. But no. Those fools are ranting online too. Real poor parenting. |
I laugh... Redemption Camp 40,000? you must be dreaming |
Why is Francis Uzoho not here? He should be invited to, since we still have Awaziem and troost ![]() |
The conundrum Tinubu faces is that this is coming too soon for him. It would have been better if it were in his second term as he would have nothing to lose by going all out against Islamic terrorists. He can't do that because the sponsors are also his sponsors in the North for the presidency |
Say what you want, these roads have significant economic importance. I'm from the east but stay here in Ota and I can tell you how excited I am to see the OTA Idiroko road being in the budget... That road is important to the nation and it's in a terrible state. Same with Lagos Ibadan road. So I've got no complaints, only for the Minister to deliver. Let them just do the job well |
How is Eko and Ikedc still less than 2.5m combined? With the whole population? It means a lot of people don't have meters and that leads to fraud. We are not yet serious about power. |
tollyboy5:Join the Queue sir. With him, Ogun will reach it's destined heights |
ekanx27:But they gave and dropped things at the apostle's feet. |
We have too many low hanging fruits in our economy. Almost there but never hitting the mark. I will say this administration has done ok to stabilize the economy but reality hits different. What hurts this economy the most is the devaluation of our currency, even though the authorities argue it was necessary. Prices are beginning to come down, inflation too, but it's coming down in trickles. Now, governance is absolutely needed to make sure these low hanging fruits are gotten. For example, our production in oil has hit a snag. Yes it has increased but hasn't hit the target set by the president. We were supposed to be hitting 2m barrels by now but recent reports talked about a drop in September to 1.4m barrels. Why? NNPC performed at negative 94% and no one has been stationed? Bayo Ojulari has been in the helm of affairs of the NNPC for close to 6 months now but we haven't seen any tangible reform. What's happening? I think the president has to be very decisive in hiring and firing so that the Memo is received by all and sundry. What's happening with our refining capacity? With Dangote, we should be a net exporter of refined petroleum products but here we are. That to me represents a big question mark on this administration. If the same surgical approach is used for NNPC as it was for both the CBN and Finance ministry, I think we will have better results. 2. Electricity is still a zero for this administration. They haven't gotten it right, and I wonder why the power minister still has a job. How can the economy grow without electricity? How can manufacturing improve? There has to be a state of emergency declared on electricity. It has gotten to that point. It's a matter of give us result in 6 months or resign to anyone who intends to head that ministry. The reform needed there is achievable if we had the will. 3. Food security and inflation is still a big problem and I believe this is as a result of the security situation. Yes the service chiefs have been fired, but why is Egbetokun still the IGP? To me he has failed. I don't care if it's another Yoruba man there, but there has to be change. Is he keeping him because of 2027 election? Food prices are coming down, but not enough. Until a bag of rice comes down to about 27,000 that it was before, and groceries begin to go down, then we can begin to see real change. There's just so much this administration can achieve. It's perfectly poised for them but I doubt there's any will. I feel the president has surrounded himself with sycophants and a lot of show boaters like Wike and Umahi who have their own hidden presidential agendas and a few good men like Wale Edun, Cardosso and Bosun. This administration can be perfectly tagged as "a few good men". A perfect example of the 80-20 rule where only 20% of the people in this administration are contributing 80% of the work. |
Thank you for your service to humanity. |
004gist:Sometimes it's good you apply scripture to your life about not being hasty to speak but very quick to listen. I know the RCCG does it because you have to give an account of your income every month. We call it remittance. I know because I did it last Sunday. I have the accountant of our province call me if anything is wrong or if the account isn't proper. These accountants are full time staff, mostly chartered and know what they are doing. Early this year, I went for an Audit, where that church account for two years was audited. All discrepancies were noted and I had to give account for it. Paul writing to the church in Corinth said it is required that stewards be found faithful. I'm not doing it for them, I'm doing it as unto the Lord. And every church should do same. It's not the Pastor's money. It's God's money, the people's money and they deserve transparency and proper account. So don't just write a long epistle of what you don't know. God is raising a new generation of people who will treat his work with the sanctity it demands and deserves. With the little resources we have and what we remit, we do our community responsibility called CSR. By 15th Nov, we will do another and distribute some rice to the people. It might be two cups, but it's something. We are also paying WAEC fees for our members. Be very careful sometimes what you say especially when you don't know. God is merciful, but there's also judgement. |
They are only saying keep records, give proper account and governance over your branches. It's not a bad thing. The RCCG does it. Every Branch Pastor shouldn't just take major financial decisions without carrying his superior or obtaining proper, recorded permission. But everyone wants to be a leader that takes decisions without anyone questioning them. |
The Oil Sector is really Nigeria's problem... They see themselves as untouchables because of how indispensable that sector is to the nation |
No matter how terrible this government might be, we won't trade our democracy for anything |
Why take Yewa to Ilaro? Ota is the biggest in Yewa. Can't you come here? Anyways, I will be there. Great idea though |
Ozzyk:For the first pregnancy, you are supposed to give her at least three months after she takes in before things can normalize with her. So endure a little. It's not easy but it will be better with time. She'll be the one asking for it later because her body will demand it and she needs it for smooth delivery too. |
DI printing is N100 if you're printing more than 100 pages. I printed on A3 today at N120 per page, bought A3 paper at N25 that makes N150 roughly on A3 pages. I printed 85 copies at N10,200 for the printing. Can someone help me get this contract? I'll give N2 per page to the person. It's negotiable too. Abeg ![]() |
