I can recommend to you to read about nursing process( assessment, nursing diagnosis, etc) to have a glimpse of what nurses do to have a better understanding.

They're not comparing themselves to doctors. Doctors, nurses, etc are parents, children, brothers, sisters etc. All of them matter. But if they are exposed to same hazards and we take the rigours of their tasks and training into consideration, and doctors are paid #450k, why can't nurses take #300k?
