Lanre Gentry, the ex-husband of Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has confirmed his fatherhood to their son, Olajuwon, which they had during their seven-year marriage.
Following the unveiling of Aigbe’s new lover, Kazim Adeoti, social media users have raised concerns over the resemblance of the actress’ son and her new lover.
Placing their pictures side by side, a tweep, @emmaikumeh, said, “The resemblance between Mercy Aigbe’s son and her new husband is striking. She cannot even deny it.
“I hope her ex-husband does a paternity test. Things are happening. Every day, we see stories that reinforce the need to do DNA as a father. The street is military.”
Other social media users have also called for a paternity test to be carried out to ascertain the fatherhood of the 11-year-old son.
Confirming the paternity, Gentry took to his Instagram page on Monday, saying, “What is life? I thank everyone for your comments and advice about my lovely son, Olajuwon Gentry.
“My son is my son 100%. I love him so much. There is nothing in this world that can separate me from my children.”

Mercy Aigbe New Lover: Wife Of Movie Marketer, Kazim Adeoti Reacts

Funsho, the wife of movie marketer, Kazim Adeoti, the new lover of actress Mercy Aigbe has left a cryptic message on her Instagram page.

Mrs Adeoti, who runs a fashion outfit, Asiwaju Couture dropped a quote which reads, “Losing someone who doesn’t respect or appreciate you is actually a gain, not a loss.”

She added, “Thank you all����”

Actress Aigbe had on Sunday unveiled Adeoti as her lover ahead of his birthday on Monday.

Reactions have trailed the revelation. Her ex-husband, Lanre Gentry also shared a throwback photo showing him, Aigbe, Funsho and Kazim.

The Nigeria Police in Kano, has arrested the proprietor of Noble kids school, Abdulmalik Tanko, who abducted and killed Hanifa Abubakar, a five year old pupil, that went Missing 46 days ago.

A statement by the police on Thursday said the school teacher, Abdulmalik Tanko, 30, was the one who abducted and killed the missing pupil.
The culprit was arrested while collecting the Ransome money he negotiated with the family.
According to a family source, The teacher was one of the early callers in the family house to console them when the school was notified that the child did not return home.
According to the police, the girl was reported missing on fourth December 2021 and the abductors demanded six Million Naira ransom from the family.
The teacher led security agents to a shallow grave where he buried the victim. Abdulmalik according to the police video,.confessed that he killed the girl with rat poison.

Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, says the baffling state of insecurity and the unchallenged killings of citizens by outlaws in parts of the country is a clear manifestation of bad leadership.

He said it is now obvious to those who threw caution to the wind to foist such bad leadership on the people, that Nigeria has collapsed.
