What are the jibs of a Nurse that warrant them such pay.

If u check American pay u ll discover 7it's almost thesame scale and ratio.

Is the pay about how close u are to the patient or howfar u can treat the patient for better?

Check and monitor vital signs
Get the History file
Give injection
Monitor drip
change patient bed
Administer the precribed drug
Keep eye on patient in case of any change
Help doctor to hold scissors and towels in theater.

This is not true, if you are a medical personnel who is well trained to work as a team with other healthcare members, You will know that the role of a nurse is wider than this in patient's management. I can recommend to you to read about nursing process( assessment, nursing diagnosis, etc) to have a glimpse of what nurses do to have a better understanding.
