I would appreciate if you can expatiate on the use of amitriptyline in controlling chemical imbalance, and what chemicals you're referring to? . Our body has neurotransmitters ,homones and electrolytes.When they have some irregularities, we have chemical imbalance. The symptoms can include insomnia ,anxiety , depression and mood changes. The brain chemical imbalance does not kill anyone but the symptoms it generates always being worry, concern and untold anxiety. When treated ,all the accompanied health conditions are alleviated and controlled completely. |

Why Amitriptyline, if I may ask? Armytryptilne is prescribed to control chemical imbalance which at times cause insomnia. .By the time you loose sleep the anxiety becomes more and worsens the insomnia. I've been having sleepless nights for over a year now. Back and forth with doctors and sleeping meds.
I'd sleep around 10 or 11pm and be up 2am or 3am, wide awake like I wasn't just sleeping, unable to sleep back. I noticed recently that my heart rate would be high when I wake.
I'm this close to quitting my job because of insomia.
I've tried hundreds of remedies, chamomile tea, all sorts of sleep inducing fruits, sleeping medications, yoga, warm bath, nothing works.
Help. Take Armytryptilne at night 25 mg for two weeks Take it by 6pm You may feel dizzy If you sleep too much cut it to 12mg It could be some chemical imbalance that is causing it. I suspect anxiety in your narration You will be fine . |

The Nigeria Police over the week, discovered an illegal mortuary at Akamkpa Local Government Area of Cross-Rivers State. Dead and embalmed bodies were seen resting on the walls of the mortuary. It was a gory sight to behold. Why would people establish mortuaries without the consent of the authorities? There are many more scattered all over the 36 states of Nigeria that have not been discovered. This pose a health hazards for citizens, as the state governments, local authorities, and health agencies are not aware of the existence of such places.
The operator of the mortuary has been arrested. During interrogation, he admitted that even the owner of the land where the mortuary has been established was not aware of such.

30 year Old Man Collapses and Dies After Being Choked During Intimacy
Shock and sadness have hit Kilifi County following the sudden death of a young man during a private visit to a female companion.
According To NewsVista Reporter, police confirmed that Bernard Omayo, aged thirty, visited a woman identified as Cecilia Chepkirui at her home in Mbarakani. During their time together, the incident happened
unexpectedly.
A police report stated that while they were engaged in intimate pre-intimacy, Bernard reportedly choked on his saliva and collapsed. The woman quickly raised alarm and sought help from nearby neighbours.
He was rushed to Kilifi County Hospital, but doctors sadly confirmed that he was already dead on arrival.
Police officers later visited the scene and began investigations to fully understand the circumstances surrounding the death. Bernard body was moved to the Kilifi County Hospital morgue, where an autopsy will be carried out.

For those that were old enough between the mid 80s and the 90s, Lukuluku Bantashi was a well-known comedian in the Yoruba movie industry who flourished for a very long time through his own unique cast and brand identity that no one has beaten till today. Lukuluku Bantashi Awo-Erin, as he was popularly called, was one among the many notable actors in the Yoruba movie industry that their stars have sunk prematurely into the history.
Not much is known about Lukuluku's personal life, but his comedy brand was known far and wide across the western part of the country.
Lukuluku Bantashi was able to build his own stage identity from his own template, and his comedy brand reigned for decades while his comical style continues to be unmatched till this moment.
Lukuluku, during his time, ruled the comic scenes of the industry while the likes of Epo-Tin-Tin, Baba Suwe, Ajirebi, Godogbo, James Dẹ̀pẹ́, Dẹ̀jo Tunfulu, Larondo and others queued behind him.
Lukuluku was the most beautiful bride in the movie industry that all the movie producers sought his graceful appearance in their movies, there was no known popular movie at that time that he did not feature, and movie viewers always looked for his head in the posters or on the video cassette jackets. He was indeed a hot selling point that none of the movie producers at that time would want to jettison his appearance.
Lukuluku Bantashi was popular for his unique comical crying-style which could crack one's ribs to pieces. He always played 'an old fool' whilst his face was always painted in charcoal black. Lukuluku would always wear oversize unmatched cloth which could throw you out of balance at a mere sight of him.
Lukuluku Bantashi presented his artistic talents in many movies like Yemi My Lover, Ti Oluwa Nílẹ̀, Imulẹ̀ Ìfẹ́, Legal Wife, Ami Orun, Itunu and many other movies before his untimely death in 1995.
The entire South west of Nigeria was shaken to its foundation on the day Lukuluku's death was announced. Sun refused to shine and moon hid its glow.
All the radio and television stations rendered heart touching tributes to him. The entire Yoruba actor guild (ANTP) at that time was stirred up and all its members were thrown into absolute bereavement. The untimely death of Lukuluku Bantashi was seen by many among the co-artists as a irreplaceable lost, and the tribute upon tribute was rendered to honor him.
Alhaji Gboyega Lawal, a popular Ibàdàn ace broadcaster, tried to douse and bring people's mourning under control, he planned to prank Lukuluku's resurrection from death in one of his live program on Galaxy Television Ibàdàn on a weekend that followed.
He costumed Yinka Ayefele to look almost exactly like Lukuluku and brought him on his program known as ON ROSY. Yinka Ayefele truly delivered as a replica of Lukuluku that beautiful Saturday afternoon on live broadcast, and that provoked people anxiety.
Hundreds of thousands of over-excited people besieged the TV station and requested to see the resurrected Lukuluku face to face. Things went out of control and Alhaji Gboyega Lawal and Yinka Ayefele were nearly mobbed by the angry fans of Lukuluku Bantashi.
Lukuluku's death is twenty six years now and his replacement still cannot be identified. Like I had said earlier, not much is known about his personal life and family. Rumour had it that he left no child after him to blow the horn.
The vacuum that Lukuluku left behind is still there till the moment as many of us that knew him are still missing him so much.
May his soul continue to rest in peace I heard he has a son who is now a Manager of a company in Palm Grove area Lukuluku was a natural comedian unlike those fake comedians we have today! |

Kanu Family Battles IPOB Over Sit-At-Home
Nnamdi Kanu created the Directorate of State (DOS) to run IPOB if he was detained. The DOS took over the running of the organisation after Kanu was jailed in 2021. Mazi Chika Edoziem is the director of the Directorate of State.
Kanu also made other orders at the time. He told the DOS to appoint Simon Ekpa as the lead broadcaster on Radio Biafra. However, the DOS sacked Ekpa because he was not following instructions.
Kanu created the Eastern Security Network (ESN) and its commander is Chinasa Nworu.
The Kanu Family has battled both the DOS and Simon Ekpa since Kanu's detention because it wants to play a more central role in IPOB. However, Nnamdi Kanu and the DOS have said that IPOB is separate from the family.
Kanu's brothers, especially Kanunta and Emmanuel Kanu want the February 2nd, 2026 sit-at-home protest to go ahead, but the DOS is obeying Nnamdi Kanu's earlier order that the sit-at-home protest has been cancelled.
IPOB DOS and Nnamdi Kanu's lawyers have said that the protest has been cancelled, while Kanu's brothers say that the protest must go on. Kanu's brothers are supported by BRGIE, the organisation set up by Simon Ekpa.
