This is very untrue.
He didn't participate in the Primary, hence PDP cannot institute any case against him.

Again, issues of nomination is a pre-election matter

Sections 29(1), 33, 35 and 84(1) and (2) of the Electoral Act, 2022, as amended.

The above citation negates nomination in two election. or same election from two parties.
In the case of Shetimma Vrs PDP 2024,the Apex Court ruled the chalenge of Shetimma by PDP as a person who contested Senate seat for Borno Central and later as the Vice President should have been tendered by a person who took part in the APC primary not PDP .

However if it is a post election matter any part that took part in the election election could institute the case..

The case was struck out by the FHC ,AC and SC for la lacking merit and poor prosecution.

As for Adeleke his name appeared on the PDP Primary ballot .In fact his withdrawa letter from PDP was dated December 4 that is after the primary. PDP may institute a case against him as a Pre- election matter.

PDP can institute a case against him as a Pre- election matter while any party that will contest with Accord Party can also insistutte the case as a post election matter.

No court will vacate the judgement.He was given opportunities to defend himself but he refused to do so .In Law a defender may opt for no defence.The judge will base his judgement on the prosecution evidence and witnesses.Judtice Omotosho is experienced in criminal laws and their application.

I am a 24 year old man who has never dated before.
I noticed that my primary sexual characteristics, specifically my D, didn’t grow during puberty.

Early this year, I did hormone tests and they all came out normal. Though testosterone was low-normal(3.8 ng/mL in a range of 3 - 10).
I also did testicular ultrasound and the result was normal.

The doctor likened my situation to women’s breasts where some are small, average or big.

With the deliberate lack of defence by the defendant ,the judge can use the prosecution accounts to deliver his judgement.

Any State PDP matter can be entertained by the State courts.

The best thing is for the PDP National to approach the Federal Appeal court to vacate the existing injection of the Federal Appeal Court.

Ibadan Judgement from a State High Court is just a waste of time .if this matter is not handled quickly it will affect the nomination form of PDP candidates in Ekiti and OSUN Elections .

The party candidates must be nominated and endorsed by the constitutional national party executives!
