Umbilical Cord can wrap around your baby’s neck due to the following reasons;

Excess fetal movement

Long umbilical cord

Too much amniotic fluid (polyhydramnios)
Extra fluid gives the baby more room to move, which increases the chances of the cord looping.

Multiple loops or knots in the cord

Twin or multiple pregnancies
More babies = more movement and interaction with each other's cords.

Baby is in a breech or transverse position
These positions can lead to more twisting and turning.

Loose abdominal wall or uterine tone
Especially in women who’ve had multiple pregnancies, the uterus may be more relaxed, allowing more fetal movement.

Important Note:
A nuchal cord usually forms naturally, without anything the mother did or didn’t do. It’s not preventable and often doesn’t cause any problems. May your baby not experience this..

From time to time, her skin starts to swell and becomes very itchy. When she scratches the area, it gets worse l, the swelling increases, and the irritation spreads. She describes the sensation as feeling like “worms” under the skin. There are no visible worms, but that’s how she describes the feeling. All the recommended drugs so far isn't working.

All other results in IREV are not reliable according to the SC judgments for they can be tampered with.

It is testicular torsion. Rush to the hospital for them to untwist it else you will loose that testes forever

A scrotal scan will show if there is a torsion there.

Anybody with torsion will be rushed to the hospital because it is a serious pain like that of a childbirth

Please I have been experiencing slight pain in my testicles and scrotal sac. The kind of pain you feel when you get hit there but it's slight pain. Now,I feel pain in my left and right lower abdomen. No unnecessary discharge from my penis so I can't assume it's UTI. Please anyone with similar experience or suggestions

. 1. At times there can have pains in testicles. Just go for scrotal and penis scan to look for the flow of blood there and any lump.
If the result is fine ,don't worry yourself.
It happens to men always

2. Stand up and cough out Turn your mouth to right side
Somebody should check if there is a movement of mass in ur lower abdomen.
If there is ,it means theire is hernia in the lower abdomen.

3. Scrotums are not of the same size ; one will hang lower than the other ..

4 if the scrotum is swelling ,it will be shinning.
Generally at times it is natural for one testicle to be painful at times.

Why was her top ripped? Why was the video shared? Instead of escalating the situation, the airline should have called a qualified counsellor or management team member to de-escalate the situation and escort her off the plane politely.

The girl's anger and frustration are understandable, and the airline's response is unacceptable.
They have a lot to answer for, and legal action may be warranted.
