Irrespective of whether you ordered different items the exact second, if they aren't from the same store/seller, don't expect them to come together. Moreover, if different sellers, during the shipping process, a point will reach where they may combine both items and update the tracking number. This will even show in your AE app (or if you use pkge.net app, it notifies you clearly).

The 2 that has arrived, simply do as it tells you... go and collect it. Then check the tracking info of the others later. Bottomline is you'll get your parcel eventually. No need to stress yourself.

To even give an idea of this all: I've bought a variety of items at the same time (different sellers). Speedaf delivery. 2 landed at one Speedaf office; the remaining 1 landed in another Speedaf office (same town).

Thank you for your response chief. It's my first time shopping on AE. It was actually a thread that one guy on twitter dropped that motivated me to shop with AE. That's where I even discovered the Parcels app that he said is useful for tracking packages. I wouldn't have bothered my fellow NLders if I had prior knowledge. This is a simple issue and there is no need to open a dispute. Speedaf usually sends a pick up code in the pick up notification mail sent, but sometimes this mail does not come. Just go to the office with your name and phone number on the parcel, they will look for the parcel and give it to you.

Good evening guys. Checked my parcel app and out of the 4 products I ordered 2 has arrived but I'm being told to come with a code as you can see in the screenshot I attached. Please how do I go about it. Also one of the items still shows that it's still at China but I ordered all of the same day and time. I messaged the vendor on AE and I got an instant reply that seemed bot generated telling me that there's an issue with the item and I should open a dispute which I tried doing through the AE help option cuz I couldn't find the option to open a dispute on the order page. But it was unsuccessful. Please how do I go about that ? Thank you

Ordered all items the same time but the 3rd one on the list has a different status and it has been so for over a week. Should I be worried? I'm a first time shopper on AE and I dont really know how to handle such situations

I’m using ios14.2 and I’ve tried different MP3 players. Still the same

Whenever I connect my 6s+ to any MP3 player , i have to keep the phone on the music box or closely beside.. if I take the phone a few meters away, the music will be breaking .. If for example I have an MP3 player at my feet and my 6s+ in my pocket, the music will be breaking unless I keep my directly on the player or closely beside.. I don’t know why.. it’s really inconveniencing. Any solutions ?
