Birth Certificate issued by the National Population Commission is required from applicants applying for fresh Nigerian passports whose date of birth is with effect from Dec 1992 or Age Declaration (for applicants who were born before 1992) from a court, attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths.

An age declaration (statutory declaration / affidavit of age) is issued by the following courts below. Make sure the declaration includes your parents’ names. Please take a passport photo along with you when you go to the court. Do not remove the photograph from the declaration. Without a photo the declaration will not be accepted by Nigeria Immigration Service as proof of age declaration.

Federal High Court: 24 Oyinkan Abayomi Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Ikeja High Court: Oba Akinjobi Way, Ikeja GRA, Lagos.

High Court of Lagos State: Igbosere Road, Lagos Island, Lagos.

Yes, passport number changes each time you renew your passport. After all, the place and date of processing change. Therefore, you can expect a new number each time you renew your passport.

Yes, you will be denied entry abroad if your passport is about to expire. Additionally, if you need a visa, you won't receive one with a valid passport of less than six months. For this reason, you have to make sure that your passport is up-to-date before you travel.

The passport tracker would indicate ready for pickup. However, Nigeria Immigration Service passport tracker is not reliable. You may keep going to the passport office where you had your capturing/enrolment for an update.

Please note that every human being is guilty of distorting the facts. A lot of historians have given a distorted picture of what happened to the black community in Argentina from the end of the 19th century.

There is black community in Argentina. My point is, it's not possible to physically eliminate or totally wipe off the black community in Argentina. Presently, the government of Argentina is trying to subdue the black community symbolically, to create a discourse that there are no blacks in Argentina.

No offence but Argentina did not systematically wipe off black people... Today there are also quite a few African-descended Argentines in Merlo and Ciudad Evita cities, in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. 4-5% Argentines have some African ancestry.

Your passport validity is more than Six (6) Months. Therefore, you should state reason(s).

Photocopy of data page of passport.

Enugu State Liaison Office in Lagos is located on the Island:
45, Lasode Crescent, Maroko.

Go there with a valid ID. I heard that the certificate of origin does cost between ₦1000 and ₦3000.

You are Igbo. Your comment exposed your Igbo ethnicity and phobia for the Yoruba. Just as there is Igbo-phobia among the Yoruba, there is Yoruba-phobia among the Igbo. However, there are discriminations and rivalries between the different Igbo sub- groups. The Igbo have always regarded the Yoruba with lack of trust. So, the discrimination against the Igbo or the fear of Igbo domination is not equivalent to hatred for the Igbo. It is an exhibition of human traits that the Igbo are also guilty of.
