let me share from my experience which is easy and best for all. You don't need to look for white background to take the photo just snap with any background the system will turn it to white automatically. Just make sure it is clean and cleared and make sure your two ears are visible and lastly to crop your photo to normal size, just look for two whatsap number share the photo from one account and download it in the second account, it will reduce the size when download in the second account. then you are good to go.

Letter of identification from Local Government/State of origin.

Completed passport application form.

Marriage certificate, where applicable.

Birth Certificate (certificate issued by the National Population Commission shall be required from you if your year of birth was from 1992) or Age Declaration attached with one passport-sized photograph and duly endorsed by a Commissioner for Oaths if your year of birth was before 1992.

Acknowledgement Slip and Evidence of Payment.
