This is separate from Sec 137(e) which has a ten year limit

In the south eastern states of Nigeria don't we have politicians fighting and even killing each other for office. It is about time the tribal people in Lagos stop pretending about their desire to take over Lagos from original settlers using uncommon sense or stupid subtility.

Let the tribal people sending their urchins to Lagos for the purposes of taking over get it that nothing good comes easy. They must be ready to fight and talk straight so that the original settlers too will confront them in the same language.

An average Igbo man is highly competitive, unlike the Yoruba and the Hausa/Fulani.
