It happened to me in Ikorodu, I wanted to withdraw 5k, d machine dispensed 3k, alas! I got alert for 5k..!!!
I had to call GTconnect b/4 I got d reversal...

@AdiscoPele, both the OP and yourself have spoken well. What baffles me a lot about the thinking of an average Igbo man is this:
Considering the movie, October 1st, the character played by Kanayo O. Kanayo, this exemplifies an average Igbo man's assessment of issues of National Importance. Lack of in-depth objectivity, due to emotional attachments and tribal sentiments.

Well said Dr. Reuben Abati, but a greater fantastically corrupt move is to know the TRUTH and IGNORE, simply because of material gain either in cash or in kind..!

Yesterday, President Muhammadu Buhari received Mr Yury Fedetov, the Executive Director of United Nations Office for Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and Under Secretary, United Nations Office in Vienna in Statehouse on 5th May 2016.

Receiving the Executive Secretary of UNODC, Mr Yury Fedotov, President Buhari said that the process of recovering the stolen assets had “become tedious’’ to the consternation of many Nigerians.“We are looking for more cooperation from the EU, United States, other countries and international institutions to recover the nation’s stolen assets, particularly proceeds from the stolen crude oil. “It is taking very long and Nigerians are becoming impatient,” the President said.

President Buhari told Mr. Fedotov that his government has worked very hard in the past 11 months to reverse the very negative global perception of Nigeria on corruption.

“Our genuine efforts to deal with corruption and drugs have earned us international respect and this has encouraged us to do more’’.
“We know that by fighting the scourge of drugs and corruption and rebuilding trustworthiness, integrity, good business practices, and imposing discipline on youths to avoid drugs, we are not doing a favour to the international community, we are doing a favour to ourselves, ’’ the President said.

President Buhari also promised that his administration will work with the UN agency to rehabilitate young Nigerians who have been misled into consumption of illicit drugs and drug trafficking.

Mr. Fedotov told President Buhari that UNODC has chosen Nigerian as a pilot country for support and strategic cooperation in the fight against drugs and corruption.

ℓ̊ know d man well, his station is somewhere arnd ile-epo ajegunle on ikorodu road. The man can not see at all, ℓ̊ think ppl arnd him just want him to look neat despite his condition, so if u have anythng to spare u may offer him...

It took the timely intervention of a supervisor in charge to avert a face off between a customer and the ticketers at the Ketu bus stop for the BRT on Tuesday morning, because the ticketer complained, the N20 note given to her was bad.
Meanwhile, the customer claimed he had collected the faded N20 note a previous day at the same location and felt he could not use the note for any other thing than to spend it there.
I think the government really need to do something about all the polymer notes as a matter of urgency.
