Hello mums, hope you all had a productive day?
Please oo mums who still have kids in creche or have once had kids in creche, is it normal for kids to come home like everyother day with one scratch or the other on the face? In a week, my son can have his face scratched like twice. I have complained tire, the excuse is “they are mostly boys and they play rough, bla bla bla”.
I know kids’ nails grow long easily but i try to cut my son’s nails as often as possible.
They usually list about 2 kids who always have long nails in the creche and i have said severally that on Fridays they can remind parents to cut their kids’ nails before a new week.
I hope i am not overreacting on this issue, it is a frequent occurence and that is why i am bringing it here.

We are finally in 2019, the year we will welcome our precious Los. Funny though but I've started counting down in weeks to that beautiful day. Who is with me on this?

By God's grace we all should be in our 28th, 27th, 26th, 25th and 24th week. Time really does fly, just like yesterday when we confirmed our bfp . My beautiful teamies who are already in 3rd trimester well done o, the rest of us and coming right behind you. Our bump should be obvious now and baby's kicks so definite. Mine is practically so so strong and I can even see the movements while looking at my tommy

I'm sure most of us have registered for antenatal, I will be doing mine today and am so excited about it .

I havent started antenatal yet even though i was in the hospital two weeks ago to register. I hope i can start this coming week.
This pregnancy has been easy, i thank God. I pray for more strength for us all.

Abeg no over stress dh as you know that plenty temptation are everywhere seeking for men to tempt. With enough pre-intimacy, you will lubricate. I don't know abt ky jelly as I don't use any.

The work shouldn't start from the bedroom but breakfast table. With peaks, hugs, touches, and other gestures, even SMS. Stuffs like this will act on your system in preparations to the saheal savanna ministry.

I only know berger, which one is Berger suya? I stay in Opic, after berger and i can say it’s a good place to live, light and security is okay. And 500k will do for a 2 bedroom flat

You are not alone. My 16 month old jumped on my tummy one day i screamed out loudly. I was scared that something may have happened to my lo but nothing happened lol. My son would rather gum his dad than me sha so i guess i am a little safe.

Mine is 19mnths and he does same.Sometimes he will eat what we will eat and sometimes na war.But give him cerelac,he will open his mouth.Had to complain to the doc last week,and he said just give what he takes and with time,he will accept others.Just be patient,i knw is not easy but be patient dear.Give the AS a try,is actually meant for picky eaters.Sorry abt the epistle.

Lol i have a longer epistle. I dont know why me a lazy mom will have a picky eater for a son . You need to see how excited he gets whenever i let him go after feeding like i have been punishing him. I understand some babies are this way sha, i just really need more patience to handle him. We’ll keep trying.

My daughter is 30m and still does the same. Feeding time is a punishment, even custard/tea is war for her. She'll pack it in her mouth and be crying but she always comes back home with empty flask from school.

I guess i’ll keep trying new foods for him, maybe he’ll like one enough to take it willingly. This child has been like this since he was born, i cant wait for him to like food abeg.

Will do. So your son takes this new foods in school? Mine hardly does, they usually return it home and just give him cerelac. When he does these things, i wonder if he never gets hungry.

I dont know what to do to this my son to get him to eat. It is always a struggle whenever we are about to feed. It’s like a seasonal thing, we can go a whole month struggling with food and the next he is taking his food willingly. One sure thing however is that, i always chase him when it is meal time.
I am looking to try this August Secret food because i have heard good reviews but i still fear that he will still struggle with it. He does this with all kinds of food ranging from cereals, purees to normal food and swallow sef.
Mums please what can i do to help him eat? I play all kinds of video when it is time to eat and even sing songs but it doesnt seem to work.
He eats at creche but i have never really asked if he takes it willingly.
He has never been a big baby so his weight is just there, not underweight sha. He is 16 months.

yes feeling movement and I think baby is going to be an active one just like my first... I even showed hubby one of the movement last week and he was all smiles... May we all carry to term, when do we start antenatal?... I want to start by ending. I'll be 20 weeks then.
Shopping would be next year too...may God keep us till then and beyond.

That was how my 16 week old bun said hello to me this morning. I just saw that very tiny body part slightly bulging out my tummy but we dont have a bump yet lol.

Just wipe off gently with clean cloth. How long has it been for now? My baby had this sometime ago for about 3 days i guess, all i did was wipe off. However if it persists for long, you should see a doctor.

What to do naw this child of mine will keep protesting everytime I want to brush for him for no reason. That singing doesn't work for him

Hope the brush is soft sha and the paste is sweet? Infact we had it very easy this morning. I go “open your mouth” and start singing for him and i can access all the corners well. Dont worry he will find it fun soon, just keep at it and dont give him space to run lol.

Thank you so much... he plays alot around the table.. he uses it to stand up but sometimes he forgets it's what's helping him stand and uses it as a playing table by slamming remotes on it. It's well o!... it's been a rough weekend.

Okay. I trust you always keep an eye on him. We had one over here more like a glass dinning table, my son will always drag it and one day it almost fell. We just removed it to avoid stories that touch. Have a great week ahead.

You guys make it seem so funny and easy but it's frustrating sometimes esp when it's just you alone and the kid.

I've almost lost my voice this morning shouting.. I had headache throughout yesterday bcus of lack of sleep. When he is asleep I use the opportunity to organize the already disorganized house. Is it my remotes?!..I can't talk much.. Or is it the glass centre table.. I'm sure I noticed a crack at the middle. He has pulled out all the rubbers from all the doors.. lemme stop here cus I want to sleep and he doesn't seem like someone that is sleeping any moment so I'm tying his one leg to my thigh with a wrapper so he doesn't go beyond the bed. Cant coman kee myself.

Lol @ tying his leg to your thigh. But please mama remove that glass centre table for now. Let him have enough space to cruise around and not cause any damage to himself.

My 13months old doesn't even allow me brush his teeth. I use finger brush and he will almost finish my finger during the process. The moment he sees the toothpaste, he runs as fast as he can, lol. So I don't even brush it daily. I still need a trick to brush his teeth.

So you are asking him for permission before brushing his teeth? Lol. We brush while bathing so there is no running for my son, i also sing while brushing for him so sometimes he cooperates.

Haa DSTV remote that is not cheap. I have learned to keep remotes far away from him till he is old enough to locate them after the 1st DSTV remote he spoiled.

Infact enh...you just described my ds o. Apart from rearranging, the manner with which he throws things drives me nuts. I scold him but then he will just look at me and start smiling like someone who won an award.

How old is she? My baby used to do this when he was still a little baby, i cant remember when he stopped, but he did. He is 15 months now but he stopped way before he turned 1. May not be anything to worry about

thank you so much,ive decides to let God decides for me in everything i give thanks to GOD.@ floraEC Dr said the injection is not neccessary that that the tab can do it.he advised i go for, FBC MP AND URINARYSIS @viettastitches hmmm hubby is jst someone that is obssesed with children and need one for himself ASAP so he ita always my fault whenever this happens.@whyworryPH God has been faihful and i knw he will contineu to be with me.ive given up on this one i know God is still on the throne and will do it in due time.

Mamas in d house I don't know what this is but am overwhelmed with emotions right now am not sad or happy in fact I don't know what I feel. Don't get me wrong am so so grateful for my baby infact I bless God every day for making me a mother cos I prayed and fast for this miracle I don't know why am in tears when I woke up to feed my baby. I love her so much hope I am not a bad mum by feeling this way

I cried at midnight when i got back home with my baby.
First i didnt understand what he wanted, he just kept crying and I couldnt help it. Also, i cried at the thought of not been a good parent to him because i didnt just know anything about parenting.
My husband reassured me that we will be fine and God will help us train our child.
You will be fine mama, it is normal that you feel that way talk to your husband or mum about it and i’m sure you will feel better.

Hello Bloomingbud, my baby didnt take any of the cereals you mentioned. We’ve been on cerelac and still on it.
