Lol..this letter is same as the one dated 12th June 2021. The poster used same background as the first, blurred out his fingers, edited the date and posted it. The both (same APLs) have same roughness.
It's well... I am not categorically saying FIRS isn't issuing apls or not.. but this particular Sets of twin APLs are identical.

Their long awaited proposal seems to be impossible to scale through because, one factor affecting them is too many saff strienghts in the organization. The chairman is still employing so you can emerging the situation. You can verify this information.

I just got an insider information about FIRS. It’s just an info I got. No way to verify but I believe the person. He said FIRS has not recruited anyone and might likely not recruit anyone. As he’s talking to me, the organization is in deep shit due to lack of money. Some of their allowances self they are not sure that they would get it cuz of no money. Their target as at last month was supposed to be 45% but they were only able to recover 24%. He said the chairman caused all these. In a bid to please people in the last recruitment, he recruited too many people hoping the fed govt would increase their something I have forgotten the word he used but they were supposed to increase the something to 7% but uptil now it’s still 4%. so the ones he recruited before were just too much and paying salary is going to be a big problem especially if he recruits anyone again. Chances of recruitment right now is very very slim. But he said nothing is impossible. But not to put too much hope for now. the chairman is trying to clear the mess he is in. Recruitment is the last thing on his mind.

never doubted that before anything can happen there needs to waiver and budgetary provision in the Fiscal year but nothing like that in 2021 budget. even the immediate past secretary of the board mallam Alhassan Yakmut that retired on 6th of May this year said it but in private and publicly that the recruitment was over before he retired

lol... He has finished his race. The 2019 recruitment is not over until it is over. I am almost certain that mop up and replacement candidates will get their APLs soon and head for capturing.
