For instance, I think there is always a biometric and facial capture during Ippis capture, is it the same for them non-Ippis? i.e, do other agencies that aren't under ippis subjected to facial and biometrics capture?
The I remember back then, people could get jobs via the ippis guys, is it still same today?

I saw your question regarding 'dates and time' I deliberately ignored coz I don't know what to tell you as I don't know, but nonetheless, if your connect is asking you for dates and time probably your connection also needs connection, ONE thing we need to know, getting into agencies like MoFI, NSIA, NUPRC, NFIU are strictly from the PRESIDENCY except for extremely rare cases of if your connect is the head of the said agencies, Most especially these ones I mentioned, So even getting info about them is almost impossible unless you have a family member in there, or know someone that just got, even the staffs don't know what's happening most atimes, the highest they'll say sometimes if you're close to them is "I'm seeing new faces". This guy in question bought the NFIU and even with that the connection stems down to the presidency, he just gave a token to the chains of connection, Sometimes one don't want to share info about such agencies coz it's almost useless to most of us here but you never can tell

But NFIU is only salary na, no allowances and Co, so why e come hard again?

Even if the effect isn't immediate for promotion or something, it should count in a way or in some coming promotion.

Say I get a job as bsc holder, the I later go for my masters, professional certificate and all. Are they a waste within that ministry/agency? Or how does it work please

As soon as you get the certificate, you tender it and it's filed. During the next promotion examination, you should be upgraded to the level commensurate with your qualification. I'm not entirely sure though, just an opinion.
