I feel your pain bro... in as much as you want to help your brother, this route you are threading on is a dangerous one. There should be other ways you can transfer the slot to him without impersonation. Exhaust other possible options but please, don't indulge in impersonation.. you may likely pay dearly for it one way or another. I wish you, your brother and the entire family the very best.

TCN recruited Engineers massively in 2019. From my observation, TCN recruits massively once in 3 years. They recruited in 2013, 2016 and 2019. So going by that I'm expecting their next recruitment from 2022. I missed the last recruitment in 2019 due to lack of information, because TCN don't usually advertise, you have to submit your CV at their HQ in Abuja. I'm keeping my ears close to the ground this time, but I don't see them recruiting anytime soon, maybe from next year.

I think they were collecting CVs late last year... I also submitted but no info on the recruitment yet.

Get recommendation letter from him to all this agencies and submit. Ensure you collect stamped acknowledgement copies and visit him for the second time(e get why) and give him in person.

Ensure you see him this Monday as things are still steaming.
