This is not totally true I didn't receive text message for the previous stage but I received mail. So if you haven't receive message you still have hope of receiving the mail.

What about this stage, have to received the text?

Do u know that u can send the message to your self also by editing the name to CDFIPB and have that as evidence also, and what about those that do not receive sms because of DND so is only the email will be the real evidence

Your head is there.
In my own case, even during the initial invitation, i didn't receive any text but i later got their mail.
So since i did not receive the sms this time around, im still banking on the mail. Hopefully it will come again!

I mean to say the comptroller.

I understand that the comptroller general will be bowing out of office on the second of next month.
If thats true, I'm optimistic that we should expect the list from now till next monday.
