whizkidy: @ all expecting training school invite, a batch had their medicals between monday and yesterday. The TS invite should be sent before the end of today and that's if a class would be resuming next week else expect the invite next week.

i hope you read this soon enough. I met a friend when we were at the HQ to collect TS invite letter, he got a sorry message after 2nd level interview, according to him,some weeks later,he got invite for medicals and later the success message (i believed him).

The truth is, as long as you got through the assessment stage, no matter how long it takes, they'll surely get back to you. When mine was kind of delayed, i sent a mail to the hr, who replied me immediately that i shouldn't worry that they'll get to me definately. I got called for final interview the same day, got success message two days after. Believe me, all things work together for good for all of us. KEEP FAITH PEOPLE.

the key at panel interview is to be yourself.

1. Can we meet you.:with this que, they want to know who you are, your personality, and some few things that are not on your CV.

2. What are your core values: this refers to things like integrity, trustworthiness, diligence, caring ........

3. Have you ever been into any tough situation, maybe at previous place of work, and how did you manage it. ( they really want to know if you are a team player )

4. How is your course related to banking? And what section of the bank do you think you can fit into with your kind of course?

5.you might want to know some info about the bank too. I wasn't asked anything pertaining to the bank, but you might want to brush up the orange rules, and history of the bank.

6. Above all, relax your bones. Smile. Talk. And be bold.

7. Finally, you might want to prepare a reasonable question that you want to ask after the interview, 'cos they are goinna ask you.
