The complaint is not about the invitation but it's content. Moreover, the manner it was served is a show of intimidation and bias. |

internationalman:You have all the right to your opinion but you can express it without an insult. There is no limitation of time in criminal cases so they can bring it up any time. It may be difficult to prove but they might have some pieces of evidence we are not privy to. I also think that the Dakolo's knows exactly what lies ahead of them and I think our concern is for the Police to be neautral and impartial in the course of their investigation. 1 Like |

The Chief Justice did fail in his response. Even a law school student will do better. He may be brighter and sharper at the Bench but he really disappointed the Bar and Bench. Nonetheless, I Don't think the issue should be stretched further than that. He hasn't been found wanting in the discharge of his duties even as a SC judge and no body have complained of the quality of Judgement he has delivered till date. As rightly stated, it ought to be the norm. Sadly we are not guided by norms in this part of the world rather we go against the established norms for various reasons. I wonder what kind of Question you will be asking the nominees when they don't know their portfolios. It really doesn't make sense.
