Programming / Want Reviews Of Konnect Africa by Elderniercri(m): 7:17pm On Dec 05, 2021
I am getting tired of all these everyday IPS (mtn, glo, etc)
You waste money on data and before you close your eyes, you’ve already finished your data

I wanted to switch to others, fibreone said they’re not in Benin yet…tizeti said they’re not covering my area yet
The only one I’m seeing now is konnect Africa so I just want anyone who’s used it before to give me a review.

You’ve been scammed… and they might not even be Japanese
I received a mail too and and I went through their website and figured they must be scammers.
I deleted the mail and moved ahead

I’m sorry but what u do is maybe follow legal steps since they used Nigerian accounts… and seeing the names, they’re probably not northern Nigeria residents

Yeah I do. I watched her "mi do do" song a lot as a child. I grew up and continued buying her albums.

He addiction ( according to reports then ) was as a result of her baby daddy whom she loved so much but got dumped by him.

Who wouldnt like Brenda? She was a great artist..

I knew whitney in my sec school days. I think Brenda died before her or so.

Whitney's daughter too died of the same drugs. Don't know what has become of her adopted son now. This life though.

I actually followed her too, she was the headline act when Abuja National Stadium was opened in 2003… she radiates this energy… one of the golden age of South African music industry

A referendum was given to the Midwesterners to vote themselves out of the yoruba dominated western region, if itsekiri wanted to be in western region they could have voted to remain there,

Nnamdi Azikiwa was not the regional prime minister of Midwest Region he was the prime minister of only eastern Region, so where did he get the power and which Constitutional backing did Zik use to achieve what you accuse him of doing?

Plus awolowo was set free from calabar prison by ojukwu not Gowon , plus awolowo was just a minister of finance, nothing like president added to that position

By 1959/60 Nnamdi Azikiwe was already the Governor General of Nigeria so it’s likely he was in the federal government…. His role was largely ceremonial sha so I don’t think he even had the power to dethrone anybody.
Or in a military rule, a civilian would have the power to enthrone anybody
Politics / Re: How Azikwe Dethroned The Grandfather Of The Current Olu Of Warri? by Elderniercri(m): 5:48am On Aug 29, 2021
cocolacec:
*How Azikiwe, an Ibo, deposed the grandfather of the new Olu Erejuwa III, who was re-instated by Awolowo, a Yoruba:*

The newly crowned Olu of Warri, Ogiame Erejuwa III, reversed the curse of his grandfather, the Ogiame Erejuwa II.

In 1963, Ogiame Erejuwa II, had taken the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Mid-West Government to court over the inclusion of Itsekiri in the newly created Mid-West region.

Ogiame Erejuwa II told the court that the Itsekiri Kingdom is part of the Yoruba nation and should have remained as part of the Western region and not included in the Mid-West region.

He argued emphatically that the Itsekiri people would like to be a part of the Western region and backed the Action Group led by Awolowo and rejected the NCNC led by Nnamdi Azikiwe who controlled the Mid-West.

Angrily, NCNC leader Nnamdi Azikiwe deposed Ogiame Erejuwa II and deported him to Ogbesse. The king then put a curse on all the Itsekiri who supported Ibo to bring the Itsekiri kingdom into disrepute. Okotie Eboh, an Itsekiri who supported the Ibo to depose the Itsekiri King would later be assassinated by the Ibo soldiers involved in the January 1966 military coup.

In 1966, Awolowo was set free by Yakubu Gowon and named the Federal Minister of Finance and the de facto Vice President of Nigeria. The first thing he did was to reinstate Ogiame Erejuwa II as the Olu of Warri. But Ogiame Erejuwa did not revoke the curse. His grandson, Ogiame Erejuwa III, has just removed the curse on the Itsekiri people.

The Itsekiri Kingdom is one of the twenty-six Yoruba tribes.

Gbemisola Aduke,
Director of Research and Development,
Young Yoruba for Freedom (YYF).

Did you listen to the Olu coronation speech? When whatever the issue was, he ran to Benin and met with Oba Akenzua II and they both placed the curse. It’s very unlikely that Oba Akenzua II will join Ogiame Erejuwa II to place a curse in Nigeria over a mid western state he actively participated in its actualization.
I don’t know what happened (would research) but I’m damn sure it wasn’t issues surrounding midwest state

As others have said, stick with bet9ja. Some players will place their bet from home and just come to you to pay and print tickets.

Bet9ja is more famous and most people use it. Just continue with them till 'our bet' is popular and then switch over.

Or better still, set a pc or two aside for our bet. Introduce your customers to it as they come and tell them why our bet is better than bet9ja. If you can convince them to switch over then switch completely but if not, you no really lose anything.

Don't know if hybrid shop is allowed though

Bet9ja don’t particularly allow hybrid shops like that and I think it’s a general principle among those bet companies.. I’m thinking of waiting and see what my friend’s shop would turn out to look like

I’ve been looking into starting a business for a while now especially betting business, I was looking out for bet9ja but today I saw a new bet company around, spoke to the customer rep and the commission was great… could get up to 35%
Which is higher than what bet9ja give out
The company is called OurBet and I heard it’s owned by a former super eagles defender
I intend to make it standard, not just a small shop but something big

Has anyone heard about OurBet? Can I get ideas how to run a betshop? How much on a average do one pay your cashiers, how do you market something that’s not well known
And any business plan for me?

Please help me… this is my first business and I need it to succeed

Why is he not called Bandit?
How do we define a Millitant, bandit, unknown Gun men, kidnappers, arm robbers or Criminals in Nigeria?

How do d media chose this terms beyond Tribes, religion and region?

This is a very valid reasoning

Sometimes I wonder how 2 different groups of people would carry out killings and one would be called bandits and the other unknown gunmen

The name changes from the theater of operations
The modus operandi is the same
Different names, same outcome

You’d think your state is safe from boko haram then you hear it’s bandit that’s operating in that area, you move away and it’s unknown gunmen, in another state it’s plain kidnappers… u go front and it’s Fulani herdsmen

My guy's babe is the worst. She's just past her mid 20s, currently in her service year. Her WhatsApp statues in a day is more than 15. She takes selfies of herself everywhere she goes like MTN.

After she posts it, if any of her friends saves that photo and reposts it on their own status, she'll screenshot it and post the same picture she posted earlier but screenshot from someone else's status. She could post 5 of the same picture this way. Now, normally this wouldn't be a problem for me since I'm not her boyfriend but I've been patient and my patience is wearing thin.

Everytime she's around whilst I'm there, be it at his house or mine, out chilling or whatever, this girl will make tons of videos and pictures before she leaves. Also this wouldn't be a problem if she won't post all the pictures online right after.

I'm a very coded guy and I'm in love with this my low-key lifestyle. I haven't posted any of my own photos on any of Mark Zuckerberg's apps in more than 2 years but this girl will just be tagging up and down on IG. Same pictures will be on WhatsApp status.

There's no point in talking to my guy about it, the girl can do no wrong in his eyes. We're business partners and cannot avoid each other. How can I be on ghost mode on my social media apps for a long time but someone is busy exposing me to the world. How can I handle this situation?

Delete her number nau or block her

Hello everyone, good evening
I chanced upon this thread some days ago and I was on here as a guest and today I decided to introduce my.
I’m an introvert... you might say a different kind of introvert

I grew up around areas where being quiet gets you in trouble, so you sometimes have to toughen up and show you can be a gangster
As a Benin boy and someone who grew up around upper sakponba and later okhoro, 2 notorious places to raise a kid, being an intro helped me a lot

While in school, throughout my 4 years, I neither said a word to my classmates, I never asked or answered any question from my lecturers, I was largely unknown, in fact one day, I’d greeted a classmate of mine at ekosodin gate that’s 2nd semester final year and we already started exams.. her reply was “ah, so Elvis you talk?”
I was embarrassed

Over the years I’ve become more vocal, thanks to church activities and I think just tired of being unseen
I don’t know but I became more vocal, I want to go out now, although by outing I mean a movie date or just a quiet place

But every now and then, I still live in my shell, I still want to be unseen

I still very much feel like an introvert, in fact no matter how much I hide it, people still get to just know from the first meeting that I’m a shy person

Takes some high level familiarity to be able to look at ur eyes while talking
