When some of them do those 'minor things"and the patient still passes away,it's those same relations and your type that would blame the hospital for the death,accuse them of giving wrong or inappropriate treatment or ironically blame them for not referring the patient when they knew they couldn't handle the case, forgetting you lots were the same ones telling them to give him first aid at least.
After the death,if it does happen eventually,despite the Dr's and hospital's best efforts,paying the bill now becomes a tug of war.They blackmail,badmouth and outrightly refuse to pay any sort of bill.
So you can see the reason why,for their peace of mind and inability to get paid for services rendered, hospitals refer the patient to government owned hospitals.Let them fight, insult,blackmail or refuse to pay there.

I just heard of the passing away of a friend that was involved in an accident... He was rushed to a hospital and you won't believe the doctors said they were not going to touch him... And they should go to another hospital

There was no first aid or any check or anything to even keep him alive... At least do some minor things then refer him.. But no o-o..


The federal ministry of health need to look into this o...

If they are not equipped let them close down let's know the ones that are working, it's not like they don't have doctors or he's not capable of paying..

What's wrong with Nigeria, at least we see the way they handle emergency situations in foreign nations �
