You need to let us know why you are being banned many times. It means opening of account is not your problem with them, but you must have done something wrong against their principle. Try read their rules and adhere to it and you will no longer be banned.
For opening of account with sedo; it requires your photo ID and bank account details and that is why other person may not be able to open account for you.

Sometime, they do ban when you are asked to do something, like prove of ownership of domains and when you failed to do so, you stand the chance of been ban.
Just write them and ask them why you are been banned, they will inform you and promise to correct the mistakes. chikena.

Now my question is that is it advisable to register the domain name and transact business with the owner of that electronic mart because i have read comments here that Nigerians dont buy domain names.

Please do not waste your money, as simple as that. Even if you register the name, that will amount to cybersquatting.

Invest on foreign names and not anything with Ngeria names.

I sold a domain on godaddy auction but the problem here is that the domain expired the dame day (29-12-15) it was sold and this is my first sales, I don't know how to go about the transferring,

Pls how do I go about it am using Namecheap.

Observation: I doubt selling name on Godaddy auction while your name is on namecheap.com.
But however, there are two scenarios for transfer of domain names.

1) There is no problem about this issue, the buyer must have made the payment to godaddy by now and the transfer or pushing would have also been done by godaddy and the money will be transfer to you as soon as the domain is received by the new owner. And thank God now that you can receive the money in dollar in your domicilliary account and collect it in dollars as at yesterday new order from CBN.

2) If your domain was registered on namecheap.com the transfer procedure is that: you will need to send the authorise code to the new owner and the buyer will initiate the transfer from his own interested registrar and a mail will be sent to you for your consent and the buyer will receive the domain within 5 days after payment for renewal and anyway, you must have collected your money before anything else.

You registered this type of domain in just October 08, 2015 and you are now saying you are tired of it. Well if you like just let it drop and you will see who will take it up.
Though there is no plural form of banking, however you can still sell it as a premium domain.
Try to rank your blog with banking keywords contents on google and market it.

But what really happened before they are asking for these stringent identification? The earlier the better. Just give them the required doccuments such as identification document; like the scanned copy of your travelling passport or driver's license. send it to them via yoir email on reccord with the account. You can still find you member's ID in that same email on reccord.
Or else you may loss valuable properties.

List your domains at many auctions such as sedo.com, afternic.com, aftermarket.com if it was purchased at Godaddy, you can place it on their auction. You do not put on just one auction and wait. give it much exposure as much as you can and do send some emails and cold calls to related names website owners for purchase.

I think the best thing you can do is to go to Google translate. You better be careful, if you are trying to construct the BCGNG; you may get it wrong and the token spent is considered gone. But try and error could sometime means another valuable thing.

The domain you are going to register should have strong potential for usages. If possible; you should have the one without alternatives. However, you have achived one major idea by registering this hairplait.com it is a learning proccess.
hairplait.com does not have any usage value; sorry to say that. It seems you mean to register hairplaiting.com which is better than hairppait.com even though the hairplaiting.com is still available; but it is also considered not good enough.
You need to reg domains that are useful to the oyinbos and not even Africans because we do not have value for online properties.

There is only one major usage for hairplait.com you can develop it as hair style catalogue where people will be visiting to look and chose hair style and you just get adsense and fix it there, but you will do lot and lots of daily and trendy works. But for you to sell this, it may not possible.

Keep it up and you will soon get the clues behind domaining biz, it is a game of no retreat no surrender and you shall win the race, if you are not relenting in your effort.

2. You can register any domain that is available anywhere of your choice in the world.

3 and 4. You only pay for registration when the domain is available for registration and until the domain is expired before you can pay for renewal via your payment tool. i.e payment card
