Hello, Nairalanders!

I’m looking for a Copywriter to work with me. The ideal candidate doesn’t need micromanagement, fast learner, experienced in editing and proofreading, knows how to write business collaterals (web copies, product descriptions, etc).

I need someone who works fast and is self-motivated to grow as a writer.

If you’re such a person, please send me a sample of your best web copy (business website content) and product description via mail: emmanuelihuoma175@gmail.com

Business / Start With These Niches If You Want To Go Into Affiliate Marketing In 2022 by Elijah6262(m): 1:29pm On May 30, 2022
5 less competitive niches for beginners

If you want to start an affiliate marketing business in 2022, it may appear that it's too late — almost every popular and profitable niche is already crowded.

Aside from that, search engine optimization (SEO), which is one of the most important aspects of successful affiliate marketing, is becoming more difficult each year.

Even for beginners, however, this marketing remains one of the most straightforward ways to make money online. It will take longer and require more effort than a decade ago when things were simpler.

To get off to a good start in 2022, choose a niche that meets the following criteria: low SEO difficulty, low competition, and high conversion rates.

here are two strongly recommended niches for you.

1. health and beauty
The beauty industry is expected to reach $716 billion by 2025, up from $483 billion in 2020. As a result, in 2022, there are numerous ways to profit.

Micro niches such as eyelashes and hair extensions, no-makeup looks, homemade beauty treatments, teeth whitening, or even makeup tables and accessories for a home salon can be found.

Diets and vitamin supplements play an important role in health issues. In 2020, the dietary supplement market was worth $136.2 billion, and by 2026, it will be worth $204.7 billion. People have begun to choose healthier lifestyles and habits in recent years, resulting in an increase in the number of people working in this industry.

In 2022, the vitamin and supplement manufacturing industry is expected to be worth $35.6 billion. And, while it isn't expected to grow as quickly as the dietary supplement market, the niche isn't overly saturated, giving marketers who enter the market in 2022 an advantage.

Simply ensure that you only promote high-quality supplements from reputable and reliable sources.

2. Household-related products
Many people have switched from office work to working from home, which has influenced the demand for home improvement products. Stand-up adjustable desks, ergonomic chairs, noise-cancelling headphones, and laptop stands are examples of products you can target.

As we're forced to spend more time at home than ever before, this applies to other rooms as well.

Conclusion

Targeting popular niches with a lot of competition is a sure way to fail. Choose one of the less saturated but profitable niches to start your affiliate marketing business this year.
NYSC / Only Read This If Nysc Allawee Is Not Enough For You by Elijah6262(m): 3:50pm On May 23, 2022
Just September 2021, I was celebrating leaving and graduating from school, like everybody else I did clearance.

The only difference was that...

I PAID ALL FEES WITH MY OWN MONEY

Did you also pay for your clearance by yourself?

Well, anyway... After I paid for most of those annoying fees (you know now, you bribe admin to make everything faster and so that one document doesn't disappear without a trace)

in total sha, I paid about N150k from my pocket (it is a private school)... when I checked my Piggyvest to see just how much I had left, I immediately wished I had not done so.

N20,00:00!

I was cold suddenly, and I had registered for NYSC, I made up my mind to redeploy, make I first gather body, cos 20k cannot help me get to NYSC camp.

When I told my mother, she didn't want to hear, she said even if she has to borrow money I must go... You know how our African Mothers can be now, I sha agreed.. went to a cybercafe that evening and registered for NYSC batch C stream 2.

The next day, I was taken to Enugu by NYSC... Wahala, now on top of the money to buy all the NYSC shenanigans, I have to start looking for money to pay for relocation.

Eventually, I was able to raise the money, after begging family members that I do not even usually talk to, it was an embarrassing moment for me... and that was when I vowed that begging anyone, even my mom was the last thing I would ever do again.

So, I started searching for jobs at my new place of relocation, I found sha, but they would not collect my request letter, everything seemed to be against me, even the principal of the school they put me refused to reject me or allow me to ghost.

I wanted to curse myself for being born, but as God will have it, I was surfing Twitter one day and came across a link to teach a free digital marketing course.

I had data, I had time, so I took it up. the class only lasted 2 hours, but it was enough to send me to my greatest achievement yet.

I learnt copywriting and got jobs on freelance websites, but if you freelance, you would understand how annoying it is to wait for replies or not even sleep at night.

at this point too, a lot of people were shouting "AFFILIATE MARKETING" and I decided to look into it. During my first 2 months of doing it, I sucked like mad, I did not make 1 naira lol, so I dropped it.

After that, I picked it up again last month, learnt all the necessary things and I have been making small small money inside... So besides the fact that NYSC pays me 33k monthly, on a good month I also make around 50k monthly doing affiliate marketing.

I cannot even remember the last time I asked my mother for money or even needed money, right now I am saving towards doing my masters in Germany as soon as I finish my NYSC in October.

I would like it if you too can have this kind of freedom, so if you think you can spare 1 day to let me teach you affiliate marketing... We wont be using zoom or anything that will eat up your data.. just WHATSAPP.

please take this opportunity, I only want to teach 15 people, so that I can give maximum attention to them and show them how to use their WhatsApp to make money and not fall for all these crazy "6-figures" affiliate marketers.

If you are interested, take this express link to me: https:///message/5TYYGTJH7QG2J1

I am looking forward to hearing from you... If you are part of the first 15 people sha.

once again the link https:///message/5TYYGTJH7QG2J1

Romance / Red-handed 2 by Elijah6262(m): 8:29am On Aug 10, 2020
For most of you who have watched avengers end game, you'll understand what I am about to tell you. I sat on that bed, unable to utter a word, I understood that saying sorry would be a very stupid thing to do and since I do not know what Angela's dad was planning, I just folded my arms in between my legs and shifted uncomfortably between my left and right butt-cheeks (it's a real thing! Get caught first)
"Ring! Ring!" I hadn't noticed he was about to make a call, I had bent my head, imagining 100 ways to escape (yes! Including disappearing, entering the ground, or do the Dr. Strange's Rollie Rollie, I wondered how stupid I'd look if it didn't work though, stupid and guilty.)
“Hello DPO, yes! Good moreen....(did he just say DPO? And importantly Moreen?! Ha!) Yes we have a thief in my house, he also tried to sleep with my daughter (I wish I could insert a sticker depicting how shocked I was) yes 4 men would be good" he said and dropped the call.
I watched as he stood guard by the door, almost as if he understood my escape plan from hell (don't tag syvelster Stallone please).
Soon enough there was a loud siren outside, tears rolled down my eyes, I subtly started praying to God, promising him how I'd be more loyal than Joseph, more obedient than Samuel and those other guys that didn't fall for temptation, I even remembered saying I would drop offering more than twice if I got out of this, I'm pretty sure they laughed in heaven though..
I heard feets banging on the tiles as they came towards the door....
“afternoon sir, I am Inspector Lawal, these are my men" my ears perked up..
. "That's the this and rapist! Make sure you deal with him" he said, stupidly.
Tears began to roll down my cheeks again, sweat accompanied it in a race to show how sincerely sorry I am, unfortunately their race gave me the chills, I got cold, shivering from sweat and tears (I should probably write a story with this title), before I could even mutter a word, two pairs of eager hands grabbed at me, *no word spoken* I could see it in his eyes, the only mess I'm allowed to make right now is to crap myself, any other thing would result in a coma induced slap (it's a real thing, if you saw his hands).
I was pushed out, only then did I notice I had only my trouser on, no shirt! I begged the man to let me get my shirt (I'm a decent guy, I can't be running around without clothes now, can I?)... He gave me a look of 'oh, you get mind?' I kept quiet, entered the Hilux and got sandwiched by the other 2 men, before he started the car, the driver looked back
“na the thief be that?"
The others nodded, the driver just laughed as he turned the keys....
***
It must have been a few hours or days (I really haven't been in jail before so don't believe whatever is here) all I know is that I want to leave, it stank like stale shit and piss coupled with blood and sweat. I only had a discolored paint bucket to keep me company. The bucket would have seen it all, maybe it was imprisoned for letting paint finish in it's belly or being too expensive, it's a cold world, even a bucket feels it.
I soon dozed off by the bars, waiting for anyone to come find me, as I didn't get to make a phone call.
'clang clang clang' the bars shook, I woke up with a jerk and adjusted my eyes to the darkness.
'bobo, you get visitors o!' he said, holding the gate like you would when you want a sick or wounded animal to take it's time to come out of thier cage.
I followed him into the office of the DPO and the air conditioner reminded me of freedom, the bulb lights gave me hope, but the people I met there made me want to get back to my bucket friend, nobody looked nice, not even my mother, okay maybe Angela did a little.
'ekabo ma'(welcome ma) I said bending a little to prostrate in the crowded office (which you can imagine has the face of the president, Nigeria flag and those ridiculous ornaments left behind my probably the former DPO, lots of papers too) everybody, except for Angela, as if on cue let out a long and harsh 'mstcheeeeeeeeew' I stood up none the less. Put on my pity face and just stood there expecting to be asked to explain my self, but instead all I got was 'you will see yourself when we got home' (excuse his English).
I wasn't sure whether to be happy or sad, I wasn't tortured here...yet and at home I would never hear the last of this, even when I probably marry (African mothers can kill you mentally). All I know is I couldn't lose my virginity today but I am pretty sure I have lost my man hood (inserts chai). The DPO began to admonish me, sayiythe this and the that (even though I caught him staring at Angela from under his wire glasses, when I got in), I promised not to do it again and profusely apologized to everyone as he commanded. He told me to be grateful Angela was a kind girl (stares again) who told the truth and that the truth was what has set me free right now....
Free indeed, immediately the Angela's convoy departed, I got a sharp slap to the back of my neck... I stared at my dad...
“you cannot be more careful abi! Stupid boy!"...
I had somehow expected this, not the slap to the head though,
“you have eyes sha, that your babe fine, even oga dey look am" we both laughed, as soon as my mother came out of the station (she was collecting numbers, killing me and two other birds with one stone, typical!) , My father began to threaten again, he was so convincing, mother eyed me, entered the car and ordered dad to drive if I wasn't going to get in.
From the window of the car, I stared at the police station, like a student who enjoyed his excursion and would miss the place, I let out a sigh as we drove home. I didn't even get to say goodbye to the bucket.

The End.

I didn't want to add this but
It's been two weeks since my Angela incident, do I regret it, yes! Do I feel sober, Yes! Will I do it again? Probably a yes too but definitely not at her place. I and Angela are still going strong, thanks for asking.

If you read this to the end. Thank you for your time. God bless. Criticisms are welcomed. I want to be a better writer so you don't have to read crap like this again
