2 . A plot of land  at Ilogbo  road Sango,Ogun State .#3m

3. A 2storey  building  at  Arolawyer Lagos Island.The  Ground floor has shops while upper floors have 4 flats .
Price #45M ( registered  conveyance)

4.  3 plots of land at Wawa, after the long bridge on the Lagos  express road .Price #35m

5. A plot of land at Magodo phase 1 Shangisa ,Lagos.Price #60m

6.A bungalow at Iju Ishaga, Lagos. Price #12m

7. A plot  of land at Isheri North,Lagos State . Price #10m.

8. A Petrol Station at Ipaja ,Lagos. It has  a Certificate of Occupancy ( C of O). Price  #250m
    All of these properties have a good title and prices are NEGOTIABLE.

And another thing ,please which IELTS should I and spouse take for PR processing to Aussie: General or Academic? And what band should we be aiming for? We are both Professionals.

Saving is subjective. Depends on the lifestyle you want to live. You can save and invest back home if it is your plan while at the same time, you may not save if you live extravagant lifestyle.

There is no Yes or No to your question. But it is doable if it is what you want.

Please, given the high cost of living in Aussie ,how easy is is to SAVE and INVEST back home ?
Or is this the case of money made there is spent there?

It seems the Sask quota for EE nominee is filled up for the year. Does anyone have an idea of Provinces open to nominations without Job offers?
This would prove most useful if the CIC cut off scores don't come down to within 450 to 460.Its really getting scary

Hello House,
I need help please. I asked earlier if my wife with ECA done in Geology can apply into the express entry with expeerience as an Administrative Officer with NOC 1221. I have filled out the EE profile but am yet to submit it. With her a the PA, we have a much higher score of 425 than with me a mechanical engineer a scoreof 395. I also want to try creating a second profile with me as PA and look out for PNPs. I checked out BC provi
nce and they talked about getting a job offer,how possible is this without one been in canada at least?Please i need your help as soon as possible as all this is really head cracking. Someone said to me that my wifes profile could fly for ITA,but might not fly for PR because the experience is different from the educational training. Thanks

Hello Doggys,with your wife's scores you stand a better chance of getting a PNP.And since her Job experience is needed in Canada ,there really is no need to worry yourself about opening a separate entry with you as PA.
There is no relationship between your Qualifications and Work Experience as far as Canada's EE is considered.Don't fret.
So ,please concentrate on your wife's profile and scout for Provinces that do NOT need job offers .It is almost impossible to get a Job offer from Nigeria ,so you may have to strike out British Columbia out of your PNP list.

On the previous post I read that I need to provide evidence for the work experience I am claiming point for. I want to ask would it not create panic on my employer that I am leaving them. And can't appointment letter do and my payslip? please reply urgently

Good morning everyone ! I've been a silent reader but decided to join fully .I appreciate the camaraderie here and helpful tips. I and my husband are interested in processing our PR visa to Canada and from this forum I've heard time and time again , that one can do it without using an agent .
The thing is we do not have relatives in Canada that we are aware of or close to .I and hubby are in our 20s,are graduates from Nigerian institutions and have considerable work experience ( as a lawyer and Elect/ mech Engr respectively).Neither one of us has a masters degree yet.
Pls which route will favor us in terms of point accumulation: Federal Express Entry or PNP? And how do we get started?
