No dear, Vit C helps increase CM. All she needs to is take enough water to allow those supps work.
@ Elixir123 take note pls. Though don't know the amount of Vit C you're taking. But know that high dose vit c can induce abortion so you have to be careful with the dosage after O. The maximum I can take after ovultion is 500mg.

Also can I take the B6 throughout my cycle ,I hope it won't disrupt it?

Congrats to Favouredi,wish you a healthy 9months.@Mummy JJ cramping during the 2WW can be indicative of either AF or pregnancy, same symptoms but, has 23/24days been your cycle right from time ? Cos it appears to have a short luteal phase but I may be wrong though.

AF just chose to rear her head today ,na wa. I can't help thinking back to my last MC and telling myself i would have been 3mths Preggy but for that.We have male factor issues less than 3million
Anyway,at least I know I can conceive. What can I take this cycle to make my eggs very sharp and all aside clomid?

This TTC is a phase in life that will come and go just like jamb ish,admission waka,exam waka,dating waka etc ,TTC na another phase for some but guess what : it will be yet another victorious phase to those with faith and endurance .After that ,we go come enter child rearing phase ...God help us all.
