I don't know what's happening. My cycles are usually btw 26-28 days and today is cd 31. No af, no sign of af. What's baffling me is that I've been doing hpt since cd 27 and till now, it's BFN. My job is too hectic that I don't have the time to go for blood pt but I'm so nervous!!! I can't even go to the hospital this weekend cos I have work related meetings all through!

Abeg na only me waka come? Praying to God with my whole heart that this is my bfp because I've never in my life had a cycle getting to cd 31.
My best friend in uni then that got married six months after me just put to bed,I'm just so nervous and praying that this is it.

Pls is it normal for strip test to still be BFN if I've conceived?

I understand the tension ,try to wait for a complete week then go for a blood test or use a hpt. Fingers crossed for you.

@Rejoice01 welcome ma and may your stay here be short and fruitful. TTC is emotionally draining but God is all powerful. My concern is that fibroid especially the size.You need to tackle that first,many sabi mamas here have won this naturally . I would suggest you stick to just Pregnacare conception,its a whole food pack for ttc and won't feed the fibroid .
You also need to detoxify your system .You can try Ruzu,pls endure the butter taste and repeat it back to back for like 2 to 3 cycles or so.Mamas who have experience here will shed more light.
Pls resist the urge to take all the drugs or combinations you read here unless it directly affects your diagnosis.

Pls I'll need a medical practitioner here to help me translate this result of SFA.
I have tried reading online and watching YouTube videos, but none I've found tells me specifics, here's the result:
Colour: greyish
Volume: 3.6million/ml
Count: 72.4 million cells/ml
Morphology: 65% normal forms, 35% abnormal forms
Motility: 25% active, 55% sluggish, 20% non-motile
Now here's what I need to know in summary:
- is my semen ok, good or very good
- the result that worries me more are morphology and motility, coz WHO standard for normal motility is 32% that's according to what I've read online, but this result is split into 3.
- is there any of the indicators listed above that's below or at the borderline that I'll need to work on.
-any other overall professional advise is needed too pls.

Your count is OK however,you would need to work on your motility and the morphology .
The presence of abnormal forms might suggest an infection.
I would suggest you take this result to a Medicine store that has an in house Pharmacist who will adequately give you the right medication to boost these parameters .
In the mean time ,pls refrain from sugary/alcoholic beverages,keep your jewels free from heat via laptops etc and you will be fine

Hello @Nimi22 first off,congrats ma'am. Its perfectly normal not to feel preggie at this time ,count yourself fortunate and enjoy the moment while it lasts of course .lol
Menstrual like feelings are normal and is as a result of all the changes in your uterus with the foetus.So long as you don't have painful cramps that make you bend over in pain or bleeding ,you will be fine .
You can have your first private scan at 6 wks,this is to rule out ectopic .If you want to detect a heartbeat ,you could have a transvaginal
Anc can be anytime after your bfp but if you have a company HMO ,it will be from your 12th week and that's perfectly OK.
Sex for now ,pls no but you can satisfy hubby in other ways hmm
Stay relaxed OK and continue taking your prenatal vitamins .

@mummykryti no vex sis, yeah preseed is the known sperm friendly lube for now.Coconut oil hasn't been tested and trusted in that regard so pls stick to preseed . I know it may cost more but,God will continue to provide for your family and give you a bfp sooner than you expected.

Ave decide to go trado like other mamas here as suggested by my friend (that is if dh takes d test).the woman she is a nurse and trado pratician so she advice I do DS to know if I have any infection.

My waka story this morning ;
I went with DH 2 a newly recommended trado woman dis morning. She specialises with infertility issues amongst couples & has been doing it 4 a long time. When we got there; she told me 2 lie down & massaged my belly 4 a long time ; asking me 2 change positions in btw. During her examination; she touched a spot slightly off 2 my left & d pain l experienced was out of this world. She then told me that neither ovulation/ conception was d problem but instead it's implantation.
I asked her why & she said l had a little fibroid that was @ a strategic position . In which whenever l conceive, d baby finds it hard 2 implant cos d region wasn't accommodative.
I told her l have conducted numerous scans but haven't seen fibroids of recent,she then said that its size might be negligible so it might not be seen yet on scan.
She recommended herbal treatment for 3 months with weekly pelvic massage & charged 40k for it. Maybe d way I kept my face that's why she surprisingly said that lf l felt she wasnt genuine l shouldnt pay her till after d treatment period( in which she positively believed l wud have conceived b4 then). She also advised l start d treatment on d lst day of my next cycle if this cycle is not successful.
Na so my waka this morning happen..( somewhere in my heart; l believe her diagnosis. Cos most cycles that l feel "this is it" r always elongated & during that period l have severe cramping Abi Na "biting " sensations that never cease till I start bleeding). Am just praying this should be my last bus stop 4 ttcing waka if this current cycle is not successful.
