The proper process would’ve involved clear evidence of breakdown of law and order, followed by a joint resolution before any drastic action would be taken.

That's why Shettima himself said: “No president has the constitutional power to remove a sitting governor, even a councillor.” He knew Tinubu did the wrong thing.
