@amSTARboy - this is a 2011 model Toyota Corolla S. The format for writing dates in Canada is YY/MM. You could also be well guided with the 10th digit of your Vin number which is a "B" for 2011 model vehicles.
Kindly take note and correct your post.
This car was manufactured December 2010, hence, the 10/12

This was what I paid from 1995 to 2001. Maintenance fee was first introduced in my 200 level and we fought against it then and it was reverted. I sincerely thought it would have been increased by now. 2590 naira is definitely not sustainable in this day and age anymore.

Kindly check your Vin and revert with the correct year of manufacture. From the look of your rear bumper, this is an 03-05 model. Seems like the rear lights were just changed to that of the 06 - 08 model. Your headlamp shape could also corroborate my observation but unfortunately the pictures posted did not give a clear view of the headlamps.
Very rugged car though and happy sales.

This does not add up, you call him a 41 year old king yet he got married in 2008 at the age of 31; this infers that he is/will be 39 years old this year.
This just confirms the rumour I heard last year that he was ascending the throne with a fictitious age so as to silence some opposition.

Provided is as you have explained it should be and with the realities concerning inspection of projects in Nigeria, how would we confirm at the point of pouring if the[b] "slump test" meets relevant specification or the "cube crush tests"[/b] were actually done for the 7, 14 or 28 days as the case may be. Since I am not too experienced in this field (Mech Eng. by profession) but in the course of my short stint in the Quality assurance and control in some relevant sectors, these tests have to be performed and documentation (records) are to be provided/made available whenever requested for. Need I say this to conclude that what the Governor is doing looks right but that is not his duty (if purpose is not known, abuse is imminent). This should be monitored/witnessed by an engineer in the state ministry of works or a consultant that has been commissioned to do so.

You will be passing through 3 country borders, namely Seme border, Lakonji border and Aflao border. I will take them one after the other. You will need your brown card (insurance), there are two types, comprehensive and 3rd party, your international drivers' license and the international vehicle license for the car. All these you can get from the first border except that you can not get a comprehensively insured brown card.
All the borders on both side will charge you off-the -books first entry charges, prices differs between cars and suvs, so you have to be a bit loaded especially with CFA's.

You will pay for the Laise passe at all these borders so you will have to get 3 nos. laise passe. at Seme(Nigeria-Benin), Lakonji(Benin-Lome) and Aflao(Lome-Ghana)borders. Make sure you follow whoever is proposing to help you out at the borders to the point where these documents are collected and cross-check it for the full details Chasis-nos of your car. Any little disparity could delay you for a long time with the gerdames or other security agencies within the town where you'd be traveling. In Ghana, make sure you are always renewing your laise-passe on the day of expiry while within the country.

I hope I have been able to help with my little information. I was in this situation in 2010 but no one was able to give me tangible help on nairaland. So this is from experience.
