Most bank don't require any cash to open it. Like GTBANK it's zero amount. The problem is getting a reference but marketers can help you.

Nope, the name has to match with that of your payoneer account.
You can visit bank to open your DOM account, if you open through marketer it will be easy cos they will arrange your needed reference for you.

The best option is to withdraw to your DOM account and relax. Black market is already over 500/$

No bank will pay above 380/$, it seems GT Bank is fair compare to access and the rest.

Moreso, it's highly risky sending money to exchanger on the platform. Someone might lose money and the account in the process.

And, new account is a bit hard to open these days. I think it's better to go through the bank withdrawal in order to have a peace of mind.
