Always note the difference between your asking price and counter.

If my asking price is $450 and below

And i get an offer of let's say $250 or $300 i sell, without countering because I believe that might be the max he is willing to pay.

If my asking is $700 to $1000

I get an offer of $250 or above to $500 I counter.

This is just my own perspective of domaining since I deal majorly on Geo.

If your BIN is $450 and you get a $100 offer, you will counter right? To $200 or just $150?

Or the buyer should have enough patience for the 60days expiration. After expiration, extra dayto receive the authentication code and 5days final push. Netsol get too much wahala. That's why it's advisable to start outbanding few days to expiration of names on Netsol.

Dan are a bit slow on weekends that's why.. You'll hear from them pretty soon. They'll ask u to transfer the name, you'll tell dem the name is under 60 days lock and you'll prefer a push to the buyers account. They'll contact the buyer and ask him if he'll be okay with opening a Netsol acc to receive the name or if he'll wait for the lock to be over..

Yep. Thats why it could take long before the transaction is closed.. Buyers usually don't understand the pull process of Netsol. If it takes till Wednesday, tell Dan to initiate the pull..

Sorry mates, don't know much about Netsol and Dan as I don't really use them. Just started experimenting. Got some domains on Netsol recently and one was just sold on Dan. No further instructions from Dan apart from the email of the acquisition and the domain is less than a week or so. Tried to google on the push option but got nothing meaningful.

Please how do i go about the push option from Netsol to Dan? Thanks!

Its the enduser that's suppose to initiate the pull of the domain. Dan would have sent pull instructions to the enduser. Only if the buyer is unresponsive that Dan would initiate the pull of the domain.
