I have used his services and i didn't have any complains.

At times, you need to be a bit more understanding. There are power issues and what not.

So far I've had 2/3 sales from emails generated by him and a lot of inquiries.

I was monitoring a domain this week and it was inactive for some days. I guess buyer didn't pay and it was relisted.

Now imagine if I had wanted to buy the domain name and I see it is a pending sale. I will move on and assume it is gone. I will move on with my life.

The point it is, Dan should not be the one to dictate such until money has been received.

The guy uses yp email scrapper. How hard can it be? I've used it before and I can tell you for a fact it doesn't take more than 10minutes at most to generate these mails. His service is just really poor, he needs to do better.

Most of the mails gotten through this method are even bad, he doesn't even verify them before sending to customers which is really bad.

If you pressure him too much, you risk losing that sale. Just have this at the back of your mind and exercise restrain, no matter how badly you need the money.

You should find that as soothing relief and do more outbound. The only downside of using Dan is that your lander becomes inactive as soon as an agreement is reached and this is where Epik is better. Landers shouldn't be deactivated just because an agreement is reached in order to give room for potential sales from other interested buyers.
