These electricity distribution companies are quite unscrupulous. You ask, and even pay for prepaid metres and they refuse to deliver even after years so they can present you these ridiculous estimate bills.

If you were running on gen 2-4-7, there's no way you'd be spending 500k or 750k monthly.
