Contrary to your claims, Chain gang is still very much alive in at least one county.

I even heard Rev King makes calls to different people from the cell at will, he eats the best food, wears the best clothes and even live a better life than those in the "free" society, but those he fried to death are no more,  what a cruel world.

It is a good thing that you mentioned the point about "Rev King", while I do not know the facts, it should however be noted that as with many systems and organisations in the world, it can be prone to abuse. Same way death penalty can be wrongly given to an innocent man.   If we have to use your logic, then we can see how wrong that can get.

Here is a good case, please read the story if you can - 27 years ago, a man was convicted of murder in the UK, if people like you have their ways, then this man would have been long dead ages ago.  Now, thanks to advances in science and some 27 years wasted in jail later, this man is freed and government will now have to pay him. 

Regardless of how much they pay him, it will not bring back his 27 years that was wasted. Now imagine if he's been subjected to a capital punishment?

For the 5th time or so now, I have explained to you that if a life is taken in a barbaric manner, your approach is not the solution.  How many more times do you want me to say this?  I have given examples as to how Capital punishment is not going to stop anything and bring about the "utopia" that you want.

Contrary to your claims, I do not think Prison is a "lifestyle", but an institution.  Prisons in Nigeria are not known to come with Sheraton-hotel style services but instead hard graft labour, hunger, etc.

The type of punishment I will support is to have them caged, perhaps in Solitary confinement (Read up on experiences of those who were locked up in solitary confinement, it is more like going to hell) for the greater part of their life, let them be chained up and made to work in mines breaking rocks with hammer or something.

You see, there are many punishment that are much more effective than just asking for someone to be killed like the way you and other are suggesting.

As their contribution to the society, I also believe there is something called "chain-gangs" in America - Where inmates are chained in a train-like fashion and made to work on hard labour etc. Argument can be made that they are making contributions.

Death sentence is not exactly a deterrent now, or is it? I can give you examples that supports my point that it do not work.

Death sentence in America is probably a common example. I do however admit, it is not straightforward.

Sending criminals to the gallows in Singapore hasn't deterred those who are still keen on working as drug mule etc.

Death sentence in China is yet to stem the flow of people who engaged in dangerous practice of mixing up poisonous substance into domestic products etc.

This is not about being lenient, this is about approaching things in a "better" way. To someone who kills and mutilate a body, death probably means nothing to them. If you study criminology, in the psychology of crimes people who do such crime just do not understand the "concept of life" or become disillusioned with what life means or is worth.

Let me give you an example, a governor was recently shot at close range in a public place in pakistan, by his own bodyguard. After the killing, he handed himself to the authority and gave no resistance. Do you think killing someone like him will do any good? Not at all, he is ready to die and as such going ahead to kill him will just be playing into his hands.

Another perspective is that in most prisons or states in America where they carry out death sentence, the prisoner is never killed on time, but delayed. The psychological idea of this is that "you take the fun out of living. They live the day without knowing if they will die next week or the following month".


You see, my point is these kids probably do not understand fully the consequence of their actions. Let them rot in jail for the rest of their lives with hard labour, that is more of a punishment for them and a deterrent to those who may be willing to copy them, than doing it your way.



Finally, you asked what about those affected as a result. The thing is this, if 5 people were affected as a result of the actions of these kids. Killing them will affect more people, say may be another 10. I am not an expert, but I will rather have 5 people affected as a result than have 10 people. If you see what I mean.

In the basics of it all, the program appears to be a fairly simple one. My understanding is that it will only work when it detects computers and what not spinning over certain RPM, then it cause the internals to over-spin and what not. Thereby doing damage as nuclear reactor computers uses high-precision mechanism and codes.


Also, speaking of a Nuclear Iran, I have no problem with India, Pakistan (60% less worry lol), China, Russia having Nuclear bomb. There is just this unexplainable fear I have if Iran should have Nuclear weapons, they clearly have a few people in power who think they are god-chosen to bring about judgement to the world and spread Islam. I do however take joy in knowing that Israel, US and UK at least can be count upon.
