I hate to see car sale advert on like dis without price tag on it, its nt everyone dat wants to start exchanging mails with u so it will b beta if u put d price tag Which u knw is ok for u bcus i am sure u ve a price in mind b4 u placed d advert. I have a fwend who jst bought a car like dis nd der was no need for email exchange bcus all info was der on d net.

Wat has helped alot of pple's biz on dis platform is d openess exhibited. Yes u ve a nice product which many pple here needs but it will do u alot more gud if u place sum price tag on certain window sizes u ve der so as to assure pple of d affordability u talked abt, u dnt neccessarily have to place price tag on all but some nt everyone wants u to send dem mail. My building was built like that too.. I did my DPC after the first floor as you can see in the photos I posted in Elvis07 thread.
Mine was done exactly like the picture NairaBaba posted above, so how can I complain or fault the guy... So you see..

Mr elvis, if the lintel has not been done, i'll advise that maybe U should unlock the blocks till U get to the foundation. (yes it's possible).
It will cost U extra 30-40k in labour charges.

I don't see anything that can be done at this stage... if the old contractor had filled the foundation blocks with concrete mortar it would have been nice... but then if he did not... just german floor the house room by room...

D house is at d lintel level now nd d owner is jst seeing d house for d first time eva since d project started nd he is nt hapi wit wat he saw, d said land is a solid dry land sha.
