With a sad heart and disbelief, I hereby confirm the assassination of Mr. Nnamdi Ogueche who in the company of Christian Tagbo and Ifeanyi Igueche were on an official mission for the welfare of Adaba people. The assassins are believed to be Fulanis who waylaid them between Olo and Iwollo after the Kalawa bridge heading to Iwollo. We mourn the passing of our illustrious son who until his death was the Secretary to Uzo-Uwani LG and are grateful that our other two sons survived this dastardly act. They were returning from Adaba to Enugu on a mission to assess the damages wrecked on Adaba by the Fulanis. The assessment exercise was as a result of on going engagement with the State Government, the Local Government, with the active involvement of the late Nnamdi Ogueche. Mr. Chukwuma Ekwueme has been very swift in securing the attention of the Governor in the seemingly positive developments since Monday. Then, this now thus setting us back. I can assure you that His Excellency, our Governor, Dr. Ugwuanyi is alert to the developing events and has taken steps to beef up the safety of the Community by getting the military to deploy around Adaba. Meanwhile, please be vigilant and join us in supporting the widow and family of Nnamdi Ogueche at this trying time. Other key measures and steps will be offline for security reasons. May the Almighty God guide us to deliver Adaba from this evil and chase it and all those complicit in it away from our land. A very sad day indeed. A great Senator should be seen as someone who advances the well being and growth of her constituent and promotes what will sustain development in that community.
Senator Oduah has not done any of this for Anambra. So what makes her great?


The Health Act was passed in 2014 and under the 7th Congress, Presided over by David Mark. Senator Oduah had just been fired as Aviation Minister, she was not a Senator.

If it was not implemented the blame rests with the Ministries that oversee health, women affairs, social programmes and family wellness. The 8th Senate does not need to pass a new Act to push for implementation of the previous Act.

Please bring us reference of the new Act passed by Saraki so we can do some fact finding.
