I presently manage farms in that area and I can tell u dat price of things have increased along with fake and dubious people. other Dan that every thing the op is saying is very true. land is cheap in term of renting even outright buying is cheap. renting is btw 7k and 10k/hectare (15plots) while outright sales is 200-250k/arce(6plots) tractor is about 10k/plough/hectare
