The truth is coming out. The people who were to come together as Lower Niger Congress (LNC) started as far back as in 1999. Then one day thirteen years later, a failed university student and barber known as Nnamdi Kanu (his official name is different), managed to hijack a group called IPOB to himself. Using guile, deceit and lies, plus some say, occult powers too, he managed to attract a following to himself, and they became what we see now, a VIOLENT street gang.


IPOB is a gang. What has a gang to offer any society, except for violence and destruction! Kanu therefore always looked for a decent and honourable organisation to latch onto, but if he is rejected, he would begin to try to copy their strategy in order to give himself relevance by pretending that others' plans and strategies are his own ideas. Just as he kept on doing to LNC - he kept on trying to copy them. Do go check the dates of when Kanu/IPOB began shouting "Referendum!" Is it not AFTER they saw that it has always been part of LNC's strategy?!


Moreover, some people in sincere ignorance would approach LNC, pleading with them that they should work with Kanu (imagine!). Let's use our brains here: LNC started their self-determination work a full THIRTEEN YEARS before Kanu's IPOB gang showed up. LNC was developing their strategy based on UN guidelines and International Law, so what advice or information would they get from Kanu the barber turned street gang leader??


Even, some of those who approached LNC, urging LNC to work with Kanu and his IPOB were actually sent by Kanu who wanted to partake of the good reputation and credibility of LNC, by joining with LNC. Kanu is a loser in life. Let us think this through: having followers means nothing. Did Hitler not have followers? Even Lucifer when he started war in Heaven against Almighty God, did he not have followers? So let's forget the childish nonsense that having followers automatically makes you a good person.


Plus as we know, people are frightened of being attacked by IPOB gang, or of their businesses and vehicles being destroyed by that gang so they would say they support IPOB as a means of protecting themselves and their families from IPOB's mad violence.

Gunmen suspected to be bandits have burnt 10 people alive in the Kachiwe community in Sarkin Pawa Ward of the Munya Local Government Area of Niger State.

The gunmen also abducted about seven women during the attack.

The Secretary of Munya Local Government Area, James Jagaba, narrated the ordeal which he described as ‘an ugly incident’.

He added that the bandits moved to Shapè village under the Sarki Pawa ward and slaughtered nine people while others in the community took to their heels adding that they also killed seven people in the Gogope ward.

He said, “The bandits set all the houses ablaze, burnt 10 people alive, abducted seven women and slaughtered the others. On their way after carrying out their heinous act, they met two people whose vehicle broke down, they stopped and killed those two people; then burnt down their vehicle. In the process, three of the abducted women escaped and the bandits went with the other seven women.

“The whole community was wiped out by the bandits, nobody survived. We got to know about how they carried out the activities from the women who escaped and are still in shock.”

It was learnt that the bandits were able to carry out their activities unabated due to the seizure of mobile networks in the affected communities.

“We were told that all efforts to reach the security personnel proved abortive because, for some days, there has not been mobile network service in Munya local government. The people could not reach out to the security agencies neither could they reach out to the council. At the council, we got the message very late and efforts to get the security was not possible”, James said.
