Yes $51/hr is good money. However new nurses here start around $70+/hr and with experience can reach up to $123/hr if you add shift differentials or on call differential for those on call. But yes the base pay can totally be over $100/hr before adding anything extra.

No mention of overtime or double time yet for those who have energy.

It depends bro, If u have support, pharmacy is awesome and pays better with ease, Tech is fun and rewarding because it will be a hobby and takes u round the country, nursing is more flexible but stressful but u can work in between shifts and probably easier to attain while doing other hussles.

Not really luck, then there was no money and the housing market was buyers market. Everyone that bought around 3-4 years ago is sitting on a lot of equity now. But the thing is, if its your primary residence, you have nowhere to go if you decide to cash out.

We bought before COVID hit, 450K home and refinanced at 2.5% compares to average of 5-6% now, house is worth close to 900k, equity shock me 😆, that's y I said I was lucky.
