My dear sir,I joined nairaland January 10 2016 after been an observant of the site for close to a year,I actually joined because I see a lot of misconstructions about women or rather girls,and trust me I have been made to believe that Nairaland is anti women,even a new moniker "stupedinluv" created a thread on that.

and all she got was a reply from the owner of the site "seun" for her to list links of thread that are anti women making FP,threads that are very obvious even to a stranger like me a year ago, and monikers with (m) attached to it throwing jabs and insults at the op.

if the media cannot respect the female gender I wonder how they want to influence the ready backlash females face from their male counterparts outside the media instead they help compound the problem at hand

You see Pucelle, i'm not going to repeat what i posted earlier. Nairaland may be 'anti-women' but that doesn't mean all male users are. I have a sister i adore, i have an NYSC official that took me as her own son during and after my service year, i have a friend that when i look at her, i have hope that i'll find someone like her for a wife someday. So sweetheart, not everyone here is 'anti-women.'

Nairaland isn't 'anti-women' it is being taken over by people or users who have the hearts and minds to cause unnecessary problems of all kinds.

That OP is more like a farmer that will milk their cows without giving them grass to eat. Tomorrow, people will like you will come and say women aren't well represented in politics. I feel bad for anyone that will follow that silly 'advice' but i wish all of them good luck with their ambitions.
