What do you mean by Big man disease and why are some people happy leaders are getting infected? These people will still be admitted into the best hospitals in the country. People working for them will probably be those who'd spread it amongst the middle class and poor. From there on things will be going downhill. The poor can't afford to isolate themselves. The average Nigerian will still go to church on Sunday. Last last, the people you're happy it's infecting now will probably be doing better than you.
