exlinkleads: Mr. Jimoh has been known to make rather loose political comments sometimes but this time around, Nigerians are not taking it lightly with him. The Chairman of Global Fleet Group, Jimoh Ibrahim, got a hilarious reply after he tweeted that former president Jonathan is a thief.
This is after GEJ’s alleged Malabu oil scam, involving Shell company, ENI and former minister of petroleum. The former administration reportedly sold the OPL 245 oil field worth $500bn for $1.3bn.
ObiOmaMu: A young lady on Twitter got mad and gave a vicious lengthy rant after an older man at a grocery shop supposedly opened the door for her as she made to leave.
According to Trubody, men opening and holding a door open for a woman is him subconsciously reminding her that all men are in control of a woman's choices and no woman should accept this.
Read her say men opening doors for women is symbol of aggressive patriarchy and advise women to slam any man who does that for them. Do you agree with her or nah?
Adminisher: Reno the LIAR. If Buhari wanted to bribe a judge it would be just N500k and it would be through his lawyer and it would've at a wedding and DSS would announce it ABI?
The brain power of young PDP supporters has eroded over the years . It would if a man like Goodluck Jonathan is your hero . Either because of lack of exposure, low intelligence, easy living, lack of aspiration ..A lot of people don't have critical faculties anymore
.
Senseless being read through what you've written again and when you're done, kneel down and get some anointing oil and ask God fervently for sense. I won't call you foolish because that would be stating the obvious.
rasie: The thing is:i'm scared shitless right now. For the past few months I've been having a monthly series of flu sickness. I mean every month for over 5months now. The one I'm currently experiencing now has just got me very much scared. Below are the things I'm experiencing now: - Flu(whooping cough and catarrh) - Sleepless nights - Loss of appetite - Weight loss - Body vibration - Tiredness - Stooling (Diarrhea) - Headache - Fever I've read about the fact that most of the above are possible symptoms of the hiv virus and anytime I think of the possibility of me being (i can't even mention it) ,i just feel like dying. Yes I've been living a very promiscuous lifestyle and its more reason for me to be scared of doing a test. Although I've done it before in 2014 and it was negative but since then, there have been a lot of sexcapades. Which brings me to my question directed to doctors or health practitioners : "Is there any other sickness that can be related to those symptoms above apart from Hiv? " To those with the virus already I'd like to ask: "Did you experience something like that before you were confirmed as positive? " Ps: I treated malaria last month by the way. Pss: For all those that will eventually advise me to get a hiv test, save your advise. When last did you do yours? Yes i know that the only way to be sure is to get tested but c'mon guys, una know how e be na.
My friend, this is a new year. Grow up and go for a test or better still........
evansjeff: See I fit slap person if you talk that nonsense of Those wey give fvck went that away, Nairaland people sabi mad sha...who start this craze?

Kemperor: The Federal Government has started the payment of N30,000 monthly stipends for beneficiaries of the N-Power scheme, the job creation programme of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.
Laolu Akande, the senior special assistant, media and publicity, office of the vice-president, disclosed this in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Friday, December 30, stating that: “all successfully verified beneficiaries who have provided bank accounts are being processed for payment’’.
According to him “some beneficiaries will receive their first stipends on December 30.’’
Akande said the process of payment would continue after the New Year public holiday, urging beneficiaries of subsequent batch of the scheme to take their virtual training seriously.
He also encouraged states who had yet to conclude the physical verification process to do so, “as that would enable the N-Power beneficiaries in those states to draw from its benefits & empowerment offers.’’
The N-Power programme is designed to engage the massive numbers of unemployed Nigerian graduates from tertiary institutions across the country.
The unemployed graduates selected for the N-POWER programme are given assignments that will help to address issues in schools, hospitals and other areas in communities across the country.
A total of 150,000 out of the 200,000 selected in the first phase of the scheme would be deployed as support teachers to help address shortage of teachers in schools at the basic and secondary levels.
Another 30, 000 graduates would work as extension workers in various communities which will expectedly aid the government’s diversification agenda.
Meanwhile, the federal government has confirmed the release of N25billion funds for the payment of N5,000 monthly stipends to unemployed graduates.
The Minister of State for Budget and National Planning Zainab Ahmed said, the funds were for the social intervention programmes of the administration and she added that an additional N40billion would also soon be released to the initial N25billion.

NickleTheory: I am home from the holidays and I just observed if for the first time...See much of my adult life has been spent on campus and it's environs with young people ya dig? If I go shopping or restaurant or Dating or to the gym, it's usually young people that I see but lately I have been home for Christmas and I live in the suburbs so I have been seeing older and married women more often.
Maybe it's because I look more of a chick magnet now, When I go to my local gym, I catch them glancing at me with lust and some even staring at me smiling like WTF why would I want to Fvck your fat belly? Same thing when I go to the mall, I see some women openly staring at me.
Even when I am driving at red traffic lights, I see them brazenly staring across their car windows.
I did ask my friends and they feel the women are just rich boring housewives whoms' husbands have small cocks?
To the young men out there 21+...Is this normal of these cougars? Is this one of the things you experience when you become a "man"?
I guess I can't complain because if a woman got a phat ass and nice tittieş, you can bet I would be sneaking peeks too. but still it's kind of startling because the younger women just sneak looks and I am fine with that but when older women are openly staring and smiling at you that's just unnerving.
Ximenez: it's so annoying , can't she work out something on her own? Must her future depend on guys? If it's so then she's likely to fail or have a bleak future.
[quote author=meglith post=51633290]A former Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mr. Adeyemi Ikuforiji, and his ex-aide, Mr. Oyebode Atoyebi, have approached the Supreme Court to challenge the judgment of the Court of Appeal that ordered their retrial for an alleged fraud of N600m.
Justice Ibrahim Buba of a Federal High Court in Lagos had in a September 2014 ruling set Ikuforiji and Atoyebi free of the 56 charges filed against them by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission.
But the ruling was reversed penultimate week by a three-man appellate court panel, comprising Justices Justices Biobela Georgewill, Side Bage and Ugochukwu Ogakwu.
The panel, after setting Justice Buba’s ruling aside, ordered the return of the case file to the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court for re-assignment to another judge where Ikuforiji and Atoyebi would be tried after.
However, not pleased with the decision of the Court of Appeal, Ikuforiji and Atoyebi have, through their lawyer, Mr. Abiodun Onidare, proceeded to the Supreme Court to challenge the appellate court’s verdict.
While describing the judgment of the Court of Appeal that ordered their retrial as unreasonable, unwarranted and baseless in law, Ikuforiji and Atoyebi begged the Supreme Court to uphold the decision of Justice Buba, who earlier set them free.
Oga speaker sir, who chop dey shit na. If you chop money vomit am and if them dey accuse you go face trial.
