If you want something serious with her, NEVER EVER asked her on the phone.

Keep the conversation going, get to know her more via chat, phone calls etc.

KEEP THE CONVERSATION INTERESTING AND GOING.

Use this opportunity to ask some serious questions about her bla bla bla.

By the time she is back depending on your conversation she would already understand the direction you are heading.

All Nigerians from across the country supported him in 2011 , we see him as one of us in the seat

Having a good heart is different from governing a controversial nation like Nigeria

So I believe things wouldn’t have been better

The website to even check for the allocation status has been down for over two months and if you don’t know this you’re food for our notorious friends in black. Oga nothing special. Yeah getting an Abuja number is good. The most important thing is getting the right documents to support your number especially when some states have slightly different requirements.

Politics / Re: Malabu: Abacha Family Replies Adoke by Emma5097: 6:36am On Sep 24, 2019
JosEast:
The family of the late Military Head of State, Gen. Sani Abachi on Monday reacted to statement credited to the former Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke, over the controversial Malabu oil deal. A statement by Mohammed Sani Abacha said the family would not have respond to what they described as Adoke’s baseless allegations against them but for the fact that he has chosen the path of falsehood.

The Abachas said Adoke cannot run away from his shadow over the Malabu deal. “Abacha family has been drawn to the publications in newspapers thereof containing excerpts of the publication of the former Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mohammed Adoke SAN in his book ‘Burden of Service – Reminiscences of Nigeria’s Former Attorney General’ wherein he tried shamelessly to find exit from the necessity to render account for his tenure as Attorney General and Minister of Justice by drawing the Abacha family into predicament.

“It is pathetic that Mohammed Adoke SAN lives in self-exile as a way of running away from his shadow and the need to render account to the nation he claimed to have served with integrity and meritoriously. “We would as a family, not have been concerned about his self-exile but for the fact that Mohammed Adoke SAN, the Saint lives in exile and is casting aspersion on Abacha family as being responsible for the fact that the Nigerian Government wants him to render account,” the statement said. The Abacha family said any reasonable person who has served in public office must know of the elementary fact that he could be called upon as a matter of right of the nation he served to render account of his stewardship.

According to him, in blaming the Abacha family, Adoke alleged that the Abacha family decided to go to court and make claims on the OPL 245 otherwise known as Malabu because the Abacha family has sympathizers in the Muhammadu Buhari Government. He said it is unfortunate that the former Chief Law Officer of the Federation can be this cheap with his statement. He said the family is not in court over OPL 245 but the legal entity, Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd, is in court over OPL 245 as distinct and separate from the Abacha family.

“How cheaper can it get for a former Chief Law Officer to think and say that for Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd to seek justice through the constitutional, legal and judicial process requires the Abacha family having influence or sympathizers in Muhammadu Buhari’s Government and a conducive political environment,” it wrote.

The family said the company, Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd has consistently engaged the legal judicial process to seek redress under previous administration. He said, “For example, Malabu went to court in suit no. FHC/ABJ/CS/420/2003 against the Federal Government of Nigeria over the revocation of the license of OPL 245 during the administration of President Obasanjo and which case ended in an out-of-court settlement at the Court of Appeal in Appeal No. CA/A/99/M/06 in which OPL245 was restored to Malabu Oil and Gas Ltd by the administration of President Obasanjo.

“It was under the Administration of President Jonathan in which Adoke SAN served as the Attorney General and Minister of Justice that the said out-of-court settlement was actualized through the restoration of the license OPL245 to Malabu under the hand of the then Honourable Minister of Petroleum Resources after the legal advice of Adoke SAN. “It is therefore unfortunate and totally false for Adoke SAN, a former Chief Law Officer of the Federation to have been quoted or credited as saying that: “for the eight years that President Obasanjo was in power, the Abacha’s never came out to make a claim to OPL245. They never tried it under President Yar’adua. Under President Jonathan, they never came out boldly to assert any claim.”

fancyhandsome:
CLASSIFIED REPORT LEAKED:Apc leads major geopolitical zone as Saraki Lies uncovered

As the race for the presidential election hit up. Many reports of one party who has a better chance of winning in one particular zone across top geopolitical area in Nigeria have been making rounds online.

However, recent reports from Ballard partners, an international company hired by PDP to evaluate and determine pdp chance of winning by asking indigenes in certain areas in the country random question about their view on the current government and the candidate they will most likely vote for in the forthcoming general election shows that the incumbent president has a far better chance of retaining his position as the national Head.

The interview which was carried out in the field between January 3, 2018 and February 2, 2019 shows that Buhari is leading the vote with 9 points (51% / 42%). Undecideds are at
4% and all other will score a total of 3%. This leave Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate for pdp and his team with more than enough work to do.

Below is the overall report sent to Bukola Saraki, the People's Democratic party chief host and the senate president of Nigeria.

1.Buhari is leading the vote with 9 points (51% / 42%). Undecideds are at
4% and all other will score a total of 3%. So, Buhari cannot be stopped.

2.Voters generally approve of how Buhari has been handling his job and
have positive view towards him.

3.Voters generally do not like Atiku because
of the corruption issues around him. Poor for Buhari, middle class for Atiku –
but poor are the majority.

4.Many people are disappointed with the choice they have: 19% of PVC
holders said they don’t see the reason to vote.

5.No other candidate is going to get up to 2%.

6.About 87% of APC supporters endorse Buhari, but only 71% of PDP supporters
endorse Atiku.

7.South-South and South-East which were supposed to be the Atiku’s
regional strongholds, are not as much negative towards Buhari as where
expected.

Methodology.

1.Interviews were carried out in the field between January 3, 2018 and February 2, 2019.
Data collection method: face-to-face interviews.

2. Sample size: 12 654 interviews with an average of 342 in each state and FCT.

3.The overall margin of error is ±0.87% at 95% confidence level (±1.1% at 99% confidence level).

4. Sample stratification: 3-level geographical stratification according to the official INEC data of voters distribution with random
selection of households and respondents.

5. In each state not less than 250 respondents were interviewed, afterwards the data were weighted according to the voters
distribution.

6.Dropout of the respondents: only those who have voters card were interviewed.

7.Interviews: native to the state in which they were working or neighboring state with the same dominant language; each one had
two training sessions and test task.

8.Figures may not sum to 100% due to rounding up.

They both don't have to quit; at most not without exploring together and becoming greater by combining potentials? Couples should make sacrifices in order to succeed but it has to be done together to ensure that your family grows and both sides of the coin are totally explored and maximised to its fullest potential? Who wants to work forever even if the job pays as much as 750k? Life Don pass like that to me o... Politics / Buhari’s SGF Spends N65 Million On Website by Emma5097: 5:44am On Feb 26, 2018
The Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, OSGF, in 2017 appropriated and claimed to have spent N65 million on its website.

PREMIUM TIMES review of the 2017 budget performance of the OSGF revealed that N65 million was budgeted for the already existing website while the office claimed that N64, 855, 875, the amount released, had been fully utilised.

Quoted as ‘OSGF WEBSITE,’ the budget performance record remarked that the ‘procurement process is ongoing.’

The office of the SGF is currently occupied by Boss Mustapha who was appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari in October 2017. The office was formerly occupied by Babachir Lawal who was sacked after President Buhari adopted recommendations of a report of a panel headed by the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, which investigated allegations against Mr. Lawal who was suspended for months.

PREMIUM TIMES could not ascertain which of the two government officials executed the project.

Appearing before the Senate committee in January 2018 to defend the 2017 budget performance, Mr. Mustapha said the office received 50 per cent of its appropriation for capital projects.

“Performance for capital is N1.2 billion released as at end of December, 2017. It represents 50 per cent. We are hoping that the National Assembly will extend the lifespan of the budget so that we can handle other procurement processes.

Apparently, the fund release for the website is one of those captured in Mr. Mustapha’s 50 per cent but the cost and execution of the project left more to desire.

Spokesperson to Mr. Mustapha, Mohammed Nakorji, when contacted, declined to answer PREMIUM TIMES’ questions on how the fund was disbursed.

“I’m not an accountant please,” he snapped. Meanwhile, technology experts say the claim was suspicious and impossible.

After a review of the website, communications officer of Paradigm Initiative Nigeria, PIN, Sodiq Alabi said the claim that N65 million was spent on the website looked ‘very impossible.’

“We have reviewed the website, it is simply shocking that N65 million was spent on the website. It’s implausible,” he said. “OSGF must provide more details on what they did with the money. The website has no special features to justify more than a million naira budget. “It doesn’t look like they are even updating the website. The copyright is 2013. It looks very impossible and suspicious. At least the SGF office should tell us what they did with the money. They should tell us what they did with the money so that Nigerian tax payers’ mind can be at rest.”

Cheta Nwanze, Head of Research, SBM Intelligence, after a review of the website, said the N65 million could never be justified.

He said, “The website was built using the Joomla CMS, which is a free content management system. All of the media is hosted on YouTube, which is an external server. It uses Google Hosted Libraries for its content distribution. No way can it cost ₦65 million, unless I heard you wrong.”

He said the maximum cost for such a website would be $105 per month.

“Depending on the hosting package, $100 per month can get you a very good hosting plan. If you insist on using Google apps to host your emails and documents, that’s $5 per user per month. So you can do the maths.”

Romance / Re: Reasons You Shouldn’t Trust Men So Easily by Emma5097: 3:08pm On Aug 25, 2017
Nairalandsss:
True love is something that all people search for, especially when they are young. It should be mentioned that men and women have different attitude to love. It is a well-known fact that boys love with their eyes and girls love with their ears. That means all the words we hear from our guys are very important to us and we take everything serious. Being trustful, women can easily fall in love and give their heart away to those men who don’t deserve their great affection. Don’t let your feelings and emotions prevail over your mind or finally you will get disappointed and frustrated. Consider the following reasons why you shouldn’t give your heart away so easily and you will manage to avoid big mistakes in your life.

Men Are Lustful

It’s not a secret that men are lustful and we can’t do anything with this. Due to this fact you shouldn’t trust them so quickly. Surely, I don’t want to say that all men are the same, but it is quite natural that most of them at first pay much attention to our face and body and only after that they fall in love with our personality. If you want to build a strong and long lasting relationship physical attraction will not be enough for you. So, you need to wait a bit before you give him your heart and open your soul.

Maybe You Just Try to Fill a Void

Perhaps you’ve just broken up with your ex or you suffer from some troubles in your life, in such case your new love will be nothing more but the way to get rid of your sadness and fill the emptiness in your heart. If you don’t get enough attention from a man and don’t feel his kindness that is a clear sign he is not the one you need. All your feelings to him are deceptive. You don’t love this boy. The only reason why you are with him is your desire to get some warmth and care from him.

Foundation is one of those things that will help you make your relationship happy and successful. Even to build a good house you need a foundation, so when it comes to love the one is extremely important. All lovers have to go through certain steps before they will become closer to each other. Everything starts from small talks, after you begin to trust your partner and discover numerous common things that both of you have. If you have passed these stages of your relationship successfully now you are ready to give him your heart and become a part of him

Decide What You Really Want

The first thing you should do when looking for a guy is to draw an image of your ideal and perfect man in your mind. It is necessary to know what qualities you expect to see in your boyfriend in order to realize your plans and make your dreams come true. So many girls often change their decision about the kind of man they want to find and such uncertainty generally results in choosing the wrong person. This is one of the greatest reasons you shouldn’t fall in love so easily and lose your mind. Make sure you set your goal and figure out which characteristics in a partner are the most valuable for you. If you are lucky to meet the one date for some time and then you can move to something more serious.

You Will Get Hurt

Unfortunately very often we can get attached to handsome guys just because of their appearance and as a result our heart may be broken and we stay alone. When you see that a boy doesn’t love you sincerely you’d better not rush into this relationship as it will never finish happily for you. Lots of women hope that real feelings will come with the time and they will be able to change the situation. But I think there is no need to begin love affair only because you want that and you are tired of being alone. If you meet a nice man and you like him, first of all you should find out if he has all the qualities that attract you in a partner.

At the beginning of a new relationship we are overwhelmed with excitement and positive emotions. When you meet a handsome guy who seems to be a good person you can fall in love quickly without revealing his flaws and negative qualities. Such carelessness may lead to undesirable consequences and your heart will be broken. To prevent this you should always control the situation and keep patience.

From 2008 when oil became $118/ barrel rising till around $140/barrel at a high & steady output with the highest official illegal bunkering , oil subsidy bazaar they were still borrowing heavily saving nothing. The $25billion in reserve was the left over of almost $60 billion left in reserve by Obj who met $5.5 billion in reserve & huge debt on assumption in 1999.

The man is one of those die hard supporters of GEJ . Despite the great looting & mismanagement ever witnessed in the history of Nigeria, he supported him till the end. I had expected him to speak out against various corruption & mismanagement, it is either he keeps quiet or he supported fully.

Gani Fawehinmi who mentored him never behaved this way.

He is a die - hard supporter of Fayose. The EFCC said he collected 75M from Fayose while tracing corruption cases. The case was taken to court, the court penalised him for the collection of the money. Right from the inception of Buhari govt he has been attacking the government with the same zeal he supported GEJ. He is a fanatical supporter of GEJ fighting Buhari govt against their loss. He has been defending the Igbo cause fanatically & so much obsessed with Fayose cause.

He is in the same league with Fayose & FFK. On TV & anywhere always attacking PMB the same way he supported GEJ.

Can Fayose & FFK ever give good report about PMB?

So in your current state you can say something good about this administration? I feel so much sadness for your generation and the obvious lack of sense emanating from your lineage. Your father should have saved us all this by depositing his load on the floor where you probably belong. Crazy ass fuckers.
